First off, the price was better than other sellers available. Honestly I could not believe it until I checked out. After placing my order, they called me to verify and confirm, and were very helpful with letting me know the next steps afterwards. It really was a positive experience from start to finish.

As my company’s IT manager, I’ve been doing business with Connection for over 15 years. I initially bought from them due to free shipping and competitive pricing. While those are still important reasons for continuing to do business with them, I’d add excellent customer service (same account rep for 10+ years) and a wide range of products and services that rival any IT solution provider/VAR. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a trusted partner in the IT space.

Connection's Website is very user friendly, ordering is simple & their prices surpass most other options, in value & expense (less than most). Shipping & delivery is swift, with no hesitation. When there was a technical issue with a product, it was quickly resolved by customer service requiring a return & replacement that proved to be seamless.
