I can't say enough good things about my representative, Jason Eldridge. He took all the time we needed to make sure that I understood the whole process, clearly cutting into his own time to do so, and he never said a word about that. But the most important thing is that, as a senior citizen, I'm extremely leery of being scammed and lied to in order for someone to make a sale.
