This company has now resorted to calling my Unlisted and Federal Do Not Call registed number, as many as 30 times per day. 20 + emails per day as well. All for a Loan I did not apply to, did not authorize, and certainly did not request. Highest degree of fraud! Avoid them like the plague.
2nd time doing a loan with Northern Star. Easy process, communicated well regarding payment & payment scheduling. You can also pay all the amount back you request before your pay date as well.
Not having access to any of my information is ridiculous! I can't get in touch with anyone to find my remaining balance. I got a $500 loan and have been paying $92 a week for almost a year! I had an emergency and needed funds. Definitely do not recommend this company!
I was approved for 765. i got the deposit, they were rushing me for same day funding. I got off work to call back and setup my payment. they wanted 116 every week til 2028... yes every week. a 765$ loan turned into 6600$ I learned this after talking to customer service, I paid back the loan that day for 795$ I got out of hot water that day.
