Just what I want!
I think these meals are absolutely delicious. I did Factor for years and had taste and quality issues often. These meals really taste like they were cooked in a restaurant. Awesome selection as well and something for everyone. Every time I heat one up in the office people ask what I’m eating. I’ve already got my husband and boss eating them as well.

Exactly what I need
I switched from Factor a couple years ago, and it's a huge improvement. There's a wide variety of meals, and they make it easy to sort out things like spicy food and flag ingredients you don't like. I like that they deliver the meals in reusable bags to reduce waste and the trays aren't black plastic. You have to read the website closely to find out that the trays aren't recyclable, which is disappointing, but they're still better than their competitors on the sustainability front.
I have used Cook Unity for almost 6…
I have used Cook Unity for almost 6 months and in the beginning, my kids and I absolutely loved it. Simple process to choose restaurant quality, pre-cooked meals that are simple to heat and yummy to eat. I must say that little issue started popping up with the menu changes and the POOR communication when customers(like me) mark certain meals as Favorite and Cook Unity decides to not offer it and there is ZERO communication to their customers. It is worse than Costco with enticing people with certain products and then BOOM, just decide to not offer is anymore. Lastly, I had some issues with what I believed was double charing for meal plans and I must say their customer service department does lack some professionalism and problem resolution skills. I mentioned my dissatisfaction with meal choices and my desire to look for other meal plan services and SMACK, my account was closed by the customer service service rep. WTF Bro...although that was ridiculous they did offer serval weeks of meals at a heavily discounted rate. That didn't resolve the internal issue with lack of training or issue resolution, but it did help me save money for a few weeks. We have continued using Cook Unity on a reduced level now and started to try Hungryroot precooked and meal plan recipes based on a discount offer we received.

Enjoy these meals. They have plenty of choices so you’re not eating the same things each week. Each meal I’ve tried has been good. Also allows me to try different cuisines I haven’t tried before
They delivered to the wrong address...
Basically I ordered food for the first time and they sent it to an incorrect address even though everything was incorrect. They refused to do anything about it but they offered a 35% discount on the next order. Why would I ever order from them again if they can't deliver it to the right address?

My wife and I are 3 weeks into our subscription and loving every meal. They're very fresh and the time savings has been a huge benefit. Lots of variety and high protein choices are also a bonus.
