Yummy restaurant quality foods that take 3min to warm. I’ve liked them all that I got. I’m saving money and not waisting food. You will find so many options and they also have breakfasts and desserts! They have helpful hints like health wise and you put in your allergies so you can’t pick smth that can hurt you!
cookunity was hacked 6/2026 and at current date (6/28/26) they have not told 17.6 million customers their data was exposed and collected in a data breach. True reflexion of customer service!

The food is extremely good with great variety. I'm a pescatarian and don't eat spicy but plenty of choices. The delivery is reliable and customer support is responsive. I wish there was a phone number to call , but if you don't mind back and forth email with some lack of continuity they are very polite and do listen. The food is fresh and you can freeze for. later use if necessary. It is not inexpensive but it can be a life changer. The bags can be heavy to move if you order a lot and you are alone. I have asked them to split large orders into 2 bags
The meals are fantastic! In my family, we have a pescatarian/vegetarian and two high protein omnivores. Cookunity offers such a wonderful variety of meals that we are all able to find something we’re interested in. Moreover, there are so many choices that none of us have to repeat a meal (unless we want to, of course, which we’ve all done). Without exception, every meal has been delicious and satisfying. My wife has dealt with the administrative staff on a couple of occasions. They have been efficient, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend using this meal service.

CookUnity’s meals were consistently delicious, flavorful, and convenient. The packaging was thoughtful, attractive, and reusable, and of all the meal delivery services I’ve tried, this is the one I stayed with the longest. Unfortunately, a great product alone doesn’t make a great company—customer service matters just as much. I changed my delivery date by one day (something CookUnity actively allows and promotes for flexibility around life, holidays, etc.). After moving my delivery one day earlier and being charged for that shipment, CookUnity automatically generated a second order the very next day, charged me again, and sent a duplicate weekly order. When I noticed the back-to-back charges, I tried to contact them immediately, but there is no phone support—only email, with delayed response times. By the time they replied, the meals were already being prepared. To their credit, they acknowledged that their system is not intuitive and admitted that when changing a delivery date, customers must manually skip the following scheduled order to avoid duplicate charges—something most people would never reasonably assume. They even said they would review that internal process. What disappointed me most is that despite acknowledging the flaw and despite my reaching out within hours, they refused to refund any portion of the duplicate order—even as a long-term customer with no history of complaints or refund requests. In the past, I’ve received missing items and occasional quality issues (overcooked food), but never complained because I believe in extending grace when mistakes happen. I expected that same grace in return. It wasn’t given. So while I can honestly recommend the meals themselves, buyers should be aware: if something goes wrong, customer support may not respond quickly—or resolve the issue in a way to deem to be fair.
I've been using CookUnity for a couple of years, and really enjoy the wide variety of selections. I also appreciate getting to know the different chefs and have some of my favorites! The portions are good, and the meals are tasty (some more than others, but overall, great quality for the price!). I will also say that whenever I've had an issue and have had to connect with Customer Service, they always provide excellent customer service!

When it comes to meal delivery services, I look for three things: quality, taste, and nutrition. CookUnity exceeds expectations in every category. The meals are incredibly fresh, chef-crafted, packed with flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients that truly fuel my body. I’ve tried a lot of meal services over the years, and CookUnity is hands down the best. You don’t have to take my word for it, give them a try and see for yourself. I’m grateful to have a service that makes eating healthy both convenient and enjoyable, and I look forward to every meal.
Very poor customer service and the unity pass is misleading. I was ordering my meals yesterday and saw that it was represented that three free meals were included and free shipping with the unity pass for about 23 dollars a month. I clicked on it, but then was charged full price for the extra meals. I tried to remove it but it had gone through. I immediately contacted customer service and went back and forth over two days and they refused to return the fee. I cancelled my subscription and ordered from Factor. Anticipate that my bank will refund the fee. Just ridiculous.
The service was going great with my 91 yo mother-in-law as she was eating much better. The problem is that the new driver is delivering to the wrong address and Cook Unity says they cannot contact the delivery service or driver to fix this. This is the second week in a row and customer service has no solution. Not matter how much she likes the meals, they are useless if they do not arrive at all. The address is entered correctly, the driver is just confused about a similar address. They had arrived consistently for months prior to this. Not being able to find a resolution or talk to a human has led to this review. Update 6/25/2026 They now admit they did nothing the first time the food was delivered to the wrong address and this time they are trying to work through the process which takes several days as their customer service can't help in a timely manner. To get real help it is necessary to email, do not use the texting function as either the person or AI is not empowered to help. I will update. Latest, using email worked and my MIL got her order this week, on the 3rd week of having problems. The upshot is, if you have an issue, do not use the texting function, email the company. I had to go to Reddit to figure this out. I upgraded to 3 stars from 1 because the problem was resolved, but they are downgraded because there is no way to reach a human to fix a problem and they were unable to reach the delivery driver. My MIL likes the meals so I was tempted, but I read the ingredients and I would not order them for myself. Too much sugar. This is a product for middle America and they do it well. My very conventional 91yo mother-in-law can eat these.
Good food, if you can get it! A driver changed and my meals were mis-delivered for the last two weeks. Mistakes happen, but what is really bad is that when you contact CookUnity by their text support (347) 835-5020 or email support at cookunity dot com you are told that they will contact their "logistics team" and that the driver will be contacted, but in my case, the issue remains.
Cook Unity is an outstanding meal service. It has a wide choice of meals, many created by award-winning chefs, consistent high quality. The menu changes regularly, so there’s always something new to try without feeling repetitive. Their customer support team deserves a mention—they’re professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful anytime I’ve needed assistance. Deliveries have been reliable, and everything arrives fresh and well packed. I’ve tried several other meal services, and Cook Unity is hands down better in both flavor and overall experience. Highly recommend.

amazing service, food is fresh and looks and tastes like it was from a.high quality restaurant especially the curry lobster and steak. but their choices are endless and change often. I've been through many services and this is by far the best food and superior customer service. I'd you are looking for a meal plan that's customized to your needs try them with no commitment like I did and I'm still a happy customer. I've skipped a few weeks delivery due to vacation is just wanting to cook for myself a week. The flexibility is great, you won't be disappointed. Justin

Food arrives fresh, not frozen. We have tried many food delivery service services over the year and this is the first one to deliver on the promise of a delicious fresh meal ready to eat in 15 to 20 minutes or less. The dishes are absolutely amazing and seasoned perfectly. We have not had a single complaint between my wife and I since starting with CookUnity. The portions are great sized. I am 5‘11“ in 220 pounds and I am full after eating, my wife usually has a little leftover. Highly recommended! The food arrives in a nice bag with ice between to keep everything nice and cold. We just placed the bag out on the porch the following week on delivery day and they pick it up while delivering the new food. So far, it has been a great experience.
