Five Years and Still Standing Strong!
This is the best beach “tent” available on the market. Easy for a single (55+) female to set up alone, stable in high winds (used in 23mph gusts just last week!), adorable fabrics and the pockets in the “arms” for small item storage are an unsung hero of the Cool Cabana. Purchased my first one in 2021 and have used it every weekend on Florida beaches without any product deterioration. The original bag worn at the Velcro closure and was replaced by customer service with the new and improved canvas bag. I’ve convinced at least 5 friends and family to purchase a CC of their own! If you’re hesitating on purchasing one — here’s your sign. Do it!!
Just set up my cool cabana at Virginia Beach. Easy set up. Plenty of room for chairs seniors. Easy to fill pockets with sand. Fits in trunk or back seat folded up. Best shade I have ever bought to the beach. Not too heavy for grandma to carry. Love it

On 3 occasions we got surprised by…
On 3 occasions we got surprised by unexpected storms and our Coolcabana got leveled from the wind. The great news is that all 3 times we dusted off our tent and continued our days at the beach. The product took the licking and kept on ticking.
Love how easy it is to use and the quality of the product. Had a slight issue with one of the four top vents pulling off leaving a small rip . I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded with two options and I chose the $50 refund to get it sewn professionally, which I thought was quite fair. Great company to work with.

Excellent customer service
I picked up my cool cabana used from the Goodwill fir a steal. Every time I set it up, i get alot of questions and comments. I'm happy to explain the concept and functionality. Fast forward to the lake trip and the wind picked up and broke one of the arms. I placed an order and there was a problem. Cool cabana helped me to get the problem resolved quickly and reasonably. They are a great company to work with and although i hope to not need their assistance again any time soon, i know I'm in good hands if I do. The canopy is easy to set up and take down in minutes. Works and looks great.

I’ve owned my cool cabana for two years…
I’ve owned my cool cabana for two years and used it a handful of times at the beach. We recently went to use it and realized the one support was broken. I reached out to customer service and after sending Will pictures of what broke, he instructed me on what replacement part to buy and how to go about fixing it. They even refunded me the cost of the part! Customer service was hands down the best I’ve gotten from any company and CoolCabanas truly stand by their product! Can’t recommend them enough.

Five stars isn’t enough for CoolCabana. We absolutely love this product — the quality is top‑notch, it holds up beautifully, and it makes every beach trip better. What really sets the company apart is the customer service. They go above and beyond, respond quickly, and genuinely care about their customers. This is a great beach shade
This is a great beach shade. I also own a Shibumi which is worthless on a day with no wind and is extremely noisy on a windy day. It's a great shade if the wind is 6-8 mph and doesn't shift. However, the CoolCabana is great with or without wind. Set up and take down are super easy. The corners have pockets in them for cell phones or sunscreen. I had a slight issue with my sand spike and CoolCabanas was quick to replace it. I highly recommend this product and company.
