This is an awesome product
This is an awesome product. It truly is a 2 minute, 1 person set up/take down. I was skeptical so it was a very pleasant surprise. It’s made of good quality materials. We bought the blue and white striped one and it looks so good. There’s a lot of space underneath for multiple beach chairs to get shade. I'm really happy with it!

Great product and great customer service!
I love how easy it is to set up and take down my CoolCabana! I've had it for four or five years and the rivets in the center pole came out. CoolCabanas not only gave me information on how to order the replacement, but without me asking, offered to fully refund the purchase price for my pole order! I'm a big fan!

Beautiful bold colors
Beautiful bold colors. Bought the large and it was plenty big for me, my husband and our 2 large pups. Took our dogs to the beach for the first time and it was so easy to set up that we could do it as well as keep both dogs under control. ITKYK. LOL Bought the grass kit, but have not used it yet. I am sure it will work well though. The tent is super sturdy and can easily be set up in less that 5 minutes by 1 person. Buy this thing; you will NOT be sorry!

Too heavy to take anywhere and £40 to return
Do not buy this product - it’s too large and heavy to take with you on holiday unless you are travelling by car and they charge £38 to return it - absolutely scandalously ridiculous!
I was very disappointed with costumer service experience
I was very disappointed with CoolCabanas’ customer service. After using my yellow CoolCabana just once, I realized it created too much glare in the sun. I wasn’t asking for a refund—only to exchange it for the same model in a darker color—but my request was denied without any flexibility. I even mentioned that it was only used once and for a short period of time, as that was the only way for me to try the glare of the cabana. I still have the tags and original packaging. I even tried to resolve the issue through the Better Business Bureau, but the company still refused to consider a simple one-time exchange. I expected much better customer service from a company with such a strong reputation.
Cool Cabana’s are the Best Buy ever!!
Cool Cabana’s are the best and a necessity if you are a beach lover!! I have been spending time at the beach for over 40 years and this is the best thing I’ve ever bought! Instead of taking 3 umbrellas and placing them close together and seeing them go airborne in the wind we now take one cool cabana and comfortably seat at least 4-5 of us! And they stay in place even on windy days!! AND THE SETUP IS SO EASY!! So much better than trying to get umbrellas in deep enough! We spent a week at the beach and saw way more cabanas than umbrellas!! Best Buy ever!!!
Awesome customer service experience
We have had our CoolCanana for a few years and absolutely love it! It is much lighter than most cabanas, easy to carry and genuinely easy to put up even for one person. Unfortunately, we used it on a very gusty day and the post bent. I reached out to customer service and they led me to the website for replacement parts. I ordered a replacement rod and was very kindly refunded! Look forward to many more years with our CoolCanana!
Cool Cabanas are the BEST
We just got back from a week on the beach in Englewood, Florida. Unfortunately, there was a tropical storm forming in the gulf and we had 30+ mile an hour winds for the first four days we were there. We put up our cabana and it NEVER moved!!!! We were the only ones on the beach that had a cabana up. We watched several people try to put up their tents/shades. They would stay up for a minute and just blow down. I can’t tell you how many people asked what we had….Also, a couple of times we got caught in the rain, it literally took us less than 5 minutes to take it down and it took the same amount of time to put it up. We LOVE our Cool Cabana….worth every penny!!!!!!
Excellent customer service
I emailed on a Sunday morning about an issue that was not their fault. They responded immediately. We communicated back and forth a couple of times and they stood behind their product. All on Sunday lol. I would say that they are the best of the best If I could give more stars I would.

Disappointed with CoolCabanas’ customer…
Disappointed with CoolCabanas’ customer service. I purchased a cabana on June 27th and just 7 days later it went on sale for a July 4th promo. I politely asked if they would honor the sale price with a price adjustment but they refused stating that they don’t offer price adjustments. Instead, I was told I could return the item at my own expense and buy it again at the sale price. It doesn’t make sense and creates an unnecessary hassle for the customer. A one-time price adjustment would’ve gone a long way with me and would’ve been just the right thing to do.
CoolCabanas - Oasis at the Beach
CoolCabanas has transformed our days at the beach. The size, weight, and setup is easily managed by a single person. I've had our Cabana up in 25kt. winds and it handles them with ease. Unlike many of the shades that you see (AND HEAR) on the beach, the CoolCabana provides steady shade throughout the day without the need to reposition it or endure the constant cracking of a shade in the wind. We couldn't be happier with our shade and the customer service is second to none!

We have had our awesome LARGE Coolcabana for over a year. We LOVE it! Typical view of the Gulf of America This rig holds up in pretty big winds when umbrellas and lessor tents are flying about!!!! VERY well made and we have deployed it over 50 times!!!! I did have a quality issues with the BAG and customer service was swift and happily replaced it when I sent pictures and my email. VERY VERY world class customer service!!!! We see a LOT of tents, shelters, umbrellas, tarps, kites, etc etc. Coolcabana is simply the BEST under all conditions!!!! VERY easy to setup and light to carry/cart.
