It was easy to use but a little difficult to open contacts in Excel.I used the option to open the file with csv.All in all it is a good program.

Crappy software. Reset calls date. Has several issues in copying apps from one device to another. Got no rights to get a refund, as the 5 data demo works

ONe of the programs wouldn't work with my phone, didn't know had to be able to, "root" phone. They were very responsive and refunded my money quickly.

ios transfer from iphone to android would only detect 6 out of 60 contacts and would not copy images , I had to buy Wondershare software after to make it work correctly.

I purchased this product because I needed to print a thread of text messages for an upcoming court date. The app worked flawlessly, except it did not recognize the entire thread of messages. I contacted support and requested a solution. I've received a response acknowledging my situation and that they were working on it. Since then nothing, nada, etc. Poor follow-up on their part and leaving me with either manually transcribing the thread or cutting and pasting. So, I'm out $30.00 plus several hours of frustration for nothing. I do not recommend this product.

I found this cool program but found it didn't work with my old phone. I reached out to the support team and they provided me with a working solution (older version of the program) that did the trick. The support team was very quick to answer and their solution was both simple and brief. No nonsense, straight to the point and it worked. I am very happy with the program and with the competences and with the client friendly approach of the support team. Very recommendable !

I downloaded this app to copy my wifes data from a Samsung to Huawei. Found it easy to use but please be aware it is only when you start copying that you realise the free version will only copy 10 items (contacts, sms etc). Even though I will only use this once evrey few years I found it cheaper to purchase the lifetime licence.

Couldn't get to work after four hours of trying every which way. no good way to contact them. tried email, that got no response. ask for my money back and got no response on that either. i would never recommend this to anyone so they don't have to experience the pain I went though.
