I ordered to the wrong house and in the wrong size but they still managed to change both for me and get it to me on time! customer service is amazing and had an amazing experience shopping with them

Amazing! Website advised it may take 3 weeks which I was prepared for but item arrived in less than 2! Really good quality Freddie Murcury jacket 👌 Really pleased 😀
Avoid
Do not purchase from this place. Received a costume that was used - smelled awful and was damaged. Customer service extremely unhelpful and refuse to send out replacement and cover cost of return!! Don’t bother wasting your money. Would’ve rated 0 if I could. Please provide email address to reply to.

Great, affordable costumes!
My first experience ordering from CoshdUK has been really positive, my order arrived really quickly. There were a few loose threads on the costume but nothing that couldn't be snipped off. Will definitely be ordering from here again for an affordable cosplay :)
COSHD UK scammed and threatened me
COSHD UK scammed and threatened me. I paid for a costume in September. Order #HK38069. Never arrived. No refund as well. Instead they keep sending me emails (the most recent yesterday), threatening and asking me not to write any negative reviews. Signed "Yulia". I reported COSHD UK to the police. The National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) confirmed this is a known scamming group and they already were under investigation, because a lot of people complained for not being refunded. UPDATE: the reply is a lie. They never provided any proof of signing and on 04 January 2024 Coshd.co.uk asked me again to delete my review on Trustpilot if I want a refund, which is illegal: "If you are willing to delete the comment, I can apply for a refund of £70.62 for you, but since the shipment has already been made, the freight part cannot be refunded." Signed Yulia. How about this?

Resubmitting my review from last year as it has disappeared. Coshd have been amazing. I got the most beautiful Evil Giselle dress from them last year and I absolutely love it. I have since bought another costume from them, I did have some issues with this one but the team were great at getting it resolved quickly! The customer service is great and I am very grateful for their help

Where is my product?
Where is my product? I would rate 0 stars if I could. You never replied on my email, I'm simply asking where is my product that I paid for. Buy from this site with a warning that there's a possibility they'll never ship your item, and ignore you.

This costume is really beautiful!! It’s delivered quickly and the quality is very good! The size was perfect for me! I really like it😊
Very good & worth a go
So we've had Ahsoka (Snips), Omega (Bad Batch), Darth Maul and Andor Prison Uniform. All very good quality for the price & a must for anyone getting into cosplay or support their ongoing projects. Most things are made to order to need to be made and shipped. Delivery to the UK from China is usually around 15-21 days so don't leave things last minute
excellent quality
excellent quality clothes. even though I paid for standard shipping which 10-15 days, mine came in 7 so I was satisfied.
Very good service
Excellent fit, and top quality materials... well worth the money.
