This is my third Cosmos Tour
This is my third Cosmos Tour and I’ve never been disappointed overall. Everything is well planned out and all of my guides have been excellent. These tours are the absolute best way to see the most important sites in certain areas that you might not know how to visit or that they were even there. The best part is getting to know the people on your tours. We have made new friends on every tour. I can’t wait till my next tour.
Canada's Rockies
Two days on the Rocky Mountaineer, followed by a coach tour visiting incredible cities such as Banff, Jesper, and Whistler to mention a few, as well as lots of special places, Lake Louise, glaciers, waterfalls and others. A tour not to be missed and encourage anyone who has been thinking about it to get it off your bucket list. You will not be disappointed. 👍

Our Africa trip was AMAZING. The itinerary was perfect. Most accommodations met our expectations. Our jeep driver was EXCELLENT and shared many stories.
Best trip ever!
The tour guide Laurie, was awesome! She was knowledgeable, entertaining, fun and caring. The bus driver, Gheorghe, was terrific! He drove exceptionally well! The excursions were great! The sites were awesome! The Cosmos app was helpful as well. The separate water taps at the Majestic hotel need to be modernized as it was impossibleto get warm water to wash hands or face! Water was either extremely hot or extremely cold. Also, it would be good to have more time in some locations such as Killarney as there were a couple of other sites I would have liked to visit.

Amazing tour and Super Organised
The tour was amazing and we ticked off all the boxes we wanted to. Our tour guide Daren was a wealth of knowledge and super organised, ensuring all went to plan. He made the whole tour come together and we were grateful for his attention to detail. The skill of the driver's involved also ensured a safe passage and on time arrival. Extremely happy with the total package really. Congratulations to all involved.
Great trip
Great driver, tour guide was great on the topics he knew. Would be nicer to start the day slightly later as having to have bags at coach between 7.00 -7.30 doesn't feel like a holiday.

A very memorable experience
I had a fantastic experience on my guided tour of Ireland and Scotland. The tour guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also wonderfully entertaining, bringing each location to life with stories and insight. The optional activities were perfectly balanced — enough to enrich the trip without ever feeling overwhelming — and each one proved to be great value. Our bus driver deserves special praise as well; his professionalism and steady driving made the entire journey feel safe and relaxed.

My name is Jose Bosquez and This my second tour with cosmos. My trip reservation 6138911 on 7/31/26 started off badly. I was never told by the Cosmos sales rep that I needed an ETA to go the Uk, which I found out when I couldnt check in at the airport. I had a big scare when that process took so long. Secondly when I arrived at Heathrow there was nobody there to pick me up. I was never sent information about a pick up location. I called the hotel and was told Cosmos didnt have a pick up service. I had to spend $82.94 pounds to get to the hotel. I am truly disappointed, my first trip went very smoothly but it looks like your customer care is slipping. Sincerely Jose Bosquez, a very dissatisfied customer.

The tour guide was great and the hotels were very good.
Hotel rooms could be nicer.
Hotel rooms could have been nicer. 1st. The beds were uncomfortable. 2nd. Rooms were small. 3rd. Old furniture needs to be updated. Bottom line we paid a lot money to have better rooms. Our group tour was shocked what we got. From all hotels we stayed only one hotel was satisfactory. I give you two examples we didn’t have sheet or blankets/ comforters on the beds just fitted sheets and we didn’t have towels, just hand towels. Please review the hotels.

The itinerary was put together very well. Hotels were all clean with comfortable beds but some could use some updating. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and history. The bus driver was phenomenal. Only suggestion would be to get better quality audio tour equipment. Several folks from our tour, including myself, struggled to understand what was being said. Very unclear. All in all great tour. Very happy.

One of the things I appreciated most was the incredible variety of places we visited. Every country had its own distinct charm and character. The Scandinavian cities impressed me with their clean streets, modern architecture, beautiful waterfronts, and peaceful atmosphere. Walking through the colorful neighborhoods, visiting historic landmarks, and exploring local markets gave me a genuine appreciation for the region's culture and way of life. The breathtaking natural scenery, including forests, lakes, coastlines, and picturesque countryside, made every day feel like a new adventure. The Baltic countries were equally fascinating. Canadian Rockies July 2026
Tour director and driver were amazing. Plenty of rest stops so we had time outside the bus. Very friendly companions. Seat rotation worked perfectly. Some hotels shabby and room too small for two adults. Some “rustic “ but spacious. Some were just old. They were OK. Some locations led to a lot of walking. Optional tours good but expensive. Restaurant food was expensive. It was good to be directed to local grocery stores but some rooms only had a fridge so prep had to be considered when buying food. End of July was perfect for wildflowers. A little drizzle, cool mornings and warm afternoons.

It measured up to a previous tour I had taken in 2017. Great Director and Driver who had a great working relationship and both appeared to enjoy their jobs. A large area was covered in a short amount of time giving us a taste to return possibly at a later time. Mostly people from New Zealand, the USA and Australia all with similar outlooks also helped. A wonderful holiday.
