Lovely European experience!

We had an amazing driver, Simone and tour guide, Christine Schneider! They did a wonderful job getting us on our excursions on time and kept us well informed on the following days itinerary. By the end of the trip, they basically were family! They both demonstrated characteristics that made our trip worthwhile such as patience, kindness, reliance, and trust.10/10! Best trip ever!

Consistently great experiences

I have consistently found Cosmos a very well organised, helpful and all round great company to book holidays with. The staff on the phones are always knowledgeable, efficient and kind whilst all of the tour guides have taken the utmost care of their guests as well as being fun and organised. The hotels might not be 5* but they are without fail clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could want. The tours themselves are fully comprehensive, taking in all the sights you could ask for and more! I will be booking with Cosmos going forward for sure.

The one thing that made this trip great…The people! Our group was fantastic! And that all started with our guide and driver. They did an excellent job leading the group.

The one thing that made this trip great was our Tour Director/Guide and Driver. They were true professionals! Treated everyone with respect and dignity. They were always extremely helpful every step of the way. They went above and beyond, and made it such a personal experience, sharing their personal knowledge of every area. I felt I was traveling with very good friends!

Spain & Portugal 13 Days

Our 13 night tour of Spain & Portugal was wonderful. Excellent itinerary with great guide at a very affordable price. Some hotels better located than others but that is what we expected on an affordable tour such as this one was. Exceeded our expectations overall as we saw so many wonderful places and can recommend. Would say to take up offer of optional excursions as they really make the tour. One recommendation is to provide all travellers with name/country/city tags as that really helps gel the group. Overall 9/10.

The tour director was great

The tour director made it easy for us as first time organised tour people. He was so helpful, kind, funny, knowledgeable, on time, despite a couple of difficult people. We loved his humour as kiwis. We couldn’t however take to the orientating new tour director who was loud, opinionated, and always “I’ve done this so many times…” praising the late person (by nearly 15mins late) which made us later for an excursion!! We would definitely have Dan as our tour director again!! We just loved the tour around Ottawa by foot…. Much better than seeing it on the coach and missing a lot of it. Old Quebec was like stepping back into France …… the old buildings and the big hotel were just stunning. These buildings are older than our country!! The tour just went so fast but we got to see the best of what this side of Canada has to offer!!

For me what made our tour really good was our tour guide Deborah, l really enjoy history, and as we traveled from place to place we got a full history lesson. Deborah was amazing, friendly and very helpful. She made our trip a delight...

Well organised one week coach tour…

Well organised one week coach tour of eastern Canada, excellent coach, driver and tour guide, good hotels and good sight seeing program. No meals were included, it would be good to include daily hotel breakfast in the tour package.

The trip was wonderful

The trip was wonderful, our tour director Jeanette, was very knowledgeable and personable. Our driver Ian was very professional. I would have liked to have more time in Bath. Some of the hotels were pretty far from the tourist areas.

Great experience

Trip was well organized. Excellent driver. Tour guide provided lots of history, information and lore sprinkled with humor. Hotels were nice. Visited many places getting a great taste of Ireland

Canadian Rockies and BC

Had a great time going thru the Canadian Rockies with our very knowledgeable tour manager Heather Haskett and our professional drivers. Heather was excellent and gave us lots of information as well as amusement. My only complaint is not having porterage. Having so many hotel changes and dragging luggage in/out and up/down was difficult especially for a senior group

the amount of places we saw was terrific but very fast paced. travel on the bus was a lot but realize to see all the things we saw it was necessary.
