Daniel Wilson was a fabulous tour guide. He held us to the schedule in a pleasant manner. The sites we saw were beautiful, only wish we could have spent more at the historical locations. Also wish we had more time at the sites rather than returning to the hotel. It was hard to arrange transportation once we lost our bus driver.
My trip to Europe visiting 7 countries was amazing for my first tour as my smorgasbord vacation. We had an incredible knowledgeable tour guide, excellent driver and wonderful group of travellers. I should have registered for their excursion in London and Paris to see more attractions. The bus excursion included weres too quick and if not seated on the right side of the bus you missed a lot of what was said. I would recommend adding every excursion instead of free time since the accommodation even though they were excellent was not close to any attractions. Patrizia kept the group in high spirits. It was my first adventure, first trip to Europe and I am happy to have seen the architecture, walk on the cobblestone, see the countryside, hear the cows with their bells, go up the cable car and walk up in the Alps, Every country had it's incredible beauty, markets, churches and squares. I saw everything on my list. I give it a 4 star. Thank you Patrizia and Tomaso.
Some hits some misses but easy way to travel and professional.
Having a knowledgeable guide with procedures in place to make sure everyone is valued was priceless to me. Our tour guide Kristina was a jewel and made my experience memorable. I did not need to know how to speak French she had me covered for 12 days.

The pace of the tour was perfect but what really made the tour Director Mark. So helpful and knowledgeable. It is so clear how much he loves his country. It was a pleasure to learn about Canada from him.

Great organisation skills of the leader and driver. Worked well together to make sure everything was right. Happy with all the hotels except the Vancouver one we’re right next to the lift mechanism and sounds like a train passing every few minutes day and night.

Make sure you get a Tour Director that understands the difference between a 'valid from' date from an 'expiry' date on a credit card and doesn't enter the wrong details three times and gets your card blocked!!! It's a complete nightmare to get it resolved when abroad on a tour!
Disliked Holland America cruise. Compared to previous Cosmos trips felt that they were cost cutting with lack of any meals, not booking direct flight from Vancouver to Heathrow and endless pushing of optional excursions and few included excursions.

We had a Fantastic trip! I even enjoyed the drive between cities, the views of the countryside are stunning. It's a beautiful country to visit! Our guide was very knowledgeable/entertaining and we had the best (and best dressed) driver in the industry. Move this one to the top of your bucket list!
Great guide, good range of sights and experiences
I was well pleased!!The guide was very informative and helpful! The driver knew his business how to navigate, driving in traffic, and in the countryside. Both of them were very professional. They knew their job and how to do it efficiently. They were very cordial, very respectful and entertaining. The only reason this is not five star is I expect perfection at five and none of us are perfect!
My family and I enjoyed an amazing journey through Ireland and part of London. Our tour director was full of information and we loved learned about our surroundings. He always made sure we knew the area, pointed out points of interest and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this tour to those looking for a taste of Ireland.
