We loved the Route 66 highlights trip.it’s an incredibly well-organised and high-value vacation that delivers exactly what it promises. If you want to cross the ultimate American road trip off your bucket list completely hassle-free, this tour is a phenomenal choice. Our tour director and coach driver we great, we had so much fun all through the trip and we met some wonderful people.
Excellent Tour company ! Every detail taken care of Before and During the trip. Ours was Gourmet Tuscany / small group with the same hotel as a Home base which we really enjoyed . Tour director Roberto was awesome and Driver Alessandro super nice too . Great food and wine ! Thank you !

Had a wonderful time on my trip through Italy with Cosmos. I did the Splendours of Italy, Rome to Rome. Although I travelled with my brother and SIL, I paid for the Single supplement. I was impressed with all of the accommodation with accompanying breakfast and 4 dinners. We were very well looked after. Our tour guide was Italian and very knowledgeable and helpful. Our bus driver was fantastic and got us to some tricky locations. We added on some extra activities and they were all great. Happy to travel again with Cosmos!
Our scenic train trip through Switzerland was my first ever guided tour. Cosmos knocked it out of the park! Fantastic in everyway! Our guide was a 10/10 for professionalism, kindness, patience and humor. The entire trip was seamless from start to finish. Even an unplanned landslide across the rails didn't rattle our guide as he pivoted one stretch of our journey. I cant wait to travel with Cosmos again!

“Gourmet Tuscany” - great wine and food. We stayed in one hotel in beautiful Montacatini for the entire week and enjoyed day trips to surrounding Tuscan hill towns. The guide was extraordinary- engaging, knowledgeable, kind - and the driver was extremely capable and careful.
The trip itself was fantastic but the reservation booking seemed good but ended up not having the flights covered. Which I did not get notified for and had to ask another agent 2weeks before my trip to secure my flight. And costed my $400+ more than original quote of the flights.
We did the Spain, Portugal, and Morocco tour back in May, and honestly, it was such a disappointment that we’ll never travel with this company again. The hotel in Madrid was terrible; way below basic standards. The breakfast was a daily struggle, and the elevators were so slow and unreliable that we ended up walking down stairs with our luggage. The hotels in Morocco were even worse: outdated, poorly maintained, Our tour director, Rossanna, was just… average. She wasn’t terrible, but she felt completely disengaged. She gave very little information about the places we visited, seemed uninterested in solving any issues. It felt like she was just going through the motions. But our biggest frustration by far was our local guide in Morocco, Yusif. His English was quite poor, which made it hard to understand him, and his commentary was superficial and boring. Instead of enriching the experience with history and stories, he spent most of the time rushing us in and out of stores where he clearly had arrangements. We wasted so much valuable time shopping instead of actually visiting monuments, medinas, or cultural sites. It was obvious he was more focused on getting commissions than on giving us a proper tour. I’m convinced both he and our travel directo were getting kickbacks from these places. Overall, it felt like the priority of the tour wasn’t showing us the beauty of these countries, but rather directing us to places where people could make money off us. Very disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

An enjoyable varied tour, enhanced by the tour director and all the hotel staff who were all lovely. Montecatini Terme a good location, not too far from any destinations on the tour. Really enjoyed the pasta making class and the meal that followed
Having an amazing tour director made the week very enjoyable. Nadine found knowledgeable guides that showed us their towns through their eyes. Shawn was a terrific driver and very accommodating.
Switzerland is amazing but the trip would not have been as good as it was if it was not for our tour guide Zsolt
Cancellation of tours. Too much time on the bus. No bin on the bus. Extra hundreds of $ for activities. Poor hotels. Unfair seating arrangements. Will never travel with them again!
Well organised, tour guide, Barbara was outstanding and the coach driver Chris was extremely safe as nd efficient. Excursions were very good and informative.
