A friend got the costume to me, so I can't tell about the costumer service, only about the costume itself, and I absolutely love it! It's simple but well made and very pretty. The sizing was accurate and fits me so well. I may get more costumes from this store again!
Good decent plussize costumes
As a cosplayshop this is the only one that does decent plussize costumes. I have purchased 3-4 costumes from them and the sizing is just correct. The costumes are decent and the quality differs from costume to costume..Just look at the materials used. I love their pinkie pie costume... the fabrics on this were amazing..The noelle costume is also great but i needed to do some adjustments. They shipped the wig first and when i did not receive the costume. I sent an email and they responded with that the costume still had to made. I understood that and they provided me with a delivery time..It was perfect and arrived right before the event i needed it for.
Don't trust anything. It's a scam.
Last year I Made a purchase of the ahsoka tano Mandalorian costume at the end of July (thinking that 3 months was enough of a turn around time for halloween costume). The item clearly stated that it would be completed anywhere between 2-8 weeks so I set a reminder to check in about early September if I didn't see anything. Nothing came, so I checked in for an update with an email on September 15th. A day passed and the response was 'please give us another 2 weeks'. Great, my reply: 'thank you for letting me know'. I waited 2 weeks. Nothing. Emailed again on September 30th for an update, they were asking for another extension (at this point I started to read the reviews of their site from other sources other than the fake ones they have featured and got very nervous) I needed a costume and they were avoiding actual answers. So I said 'please be honest, with this be ready by October 30th, If not I need a refund. Their response was offering me a different costume that they could send instead that would be guaranteed before the 30th (A different and cheaper version of Ahsoka's costume). I said no and demanded a refund because that offer admitted that they will not be able to guarantee me my costume on time. They were not responding so I just used my Chase app and reported the fraud purchase so chase returned my money to me. Then couple months later I finally got a notification that they refunded my purchase. And then realized that I had already made a claim and deducted the price again. It was a mess and I cancelled the card I bought from them with because that transaction scared me. Just don't.
Hinata bikini cosplay!
Purchased their Hinata bikini outfit. It took some time to arrive, but it came in pretty decent quality! Nice fabric, felt nice wearing it. Only wore it for photos and didn’t use, but overall it was super cute!
Ordered a $130 costume for grandson…
Ordered a $130 costume for grandson over two months ago. When you do get a response, I am told they are out of the size and would I take another but they don’t ship. These people are crooks. Save your money !
AVOID THIS SITE!!
The positive reviews for this site have GOT to be fake. Spent over $400 getting costumes for our trip to the Star Wars hotel and holy cow, are they bad. First things first, nothing is returnable. Period. So there's that. Second, there were so many items missing from my order. Third, what I DID get is laughably bad. For the Jyn Erso costume I got a huge waistcoat that would be perfect is I was cosplaying a frikkin hobbit from Lord of the Rings. Not the jacket vest pictured on the site. Every other piece of the costume is missing. The sizing is ridiculous on what we did receive and the boots (the pair we did receive) are CLEARLY for a child. Unreal. The quality of the costumes are also terrible, so we couldn't even try to hack/fix them if we tried. Total waste of money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Don’t do it
Wish I read the reviews, I ordered a cosplay 4 months in advance, still hadn’t arrived at that point so I had to order from a different site, 100 dollars I’ll never get back.
Demon Nezuko Costume
The Demon Nezuko Cosplay Costume has a great fabric. My Size fits great and it’s very comfy. The costume is very detailed and close to the Anime Original. I felt great cosplayin her. The package arrived in 2 weeks, so i didnt have to wait a Long Time!
Decent quality for low price
I ordered Ashe costume in size XL. The costume arrived pretty quickly and the quality is decent considering the low price. I ordered a size bigger than I usually wear, as I was afraid the costume will be too small, but in the end the costume was too large. :) Nothing I couldn't fix. Better too large than too small. The hat is a little wonky so I used mine instead. The vest with the back patch is my favourite thing about the cosplay, it looks amazing!
Outfit was too small/big, and parts missing
I was so happy to have this ganyu cosplay arrive in the mail today, I thought it looked so pretty when I got it but when I put it on (or tried to), the leggings were see through and too small, I could barely zip it up. And the ankle pieces were way too big as well. Then part of the bell was missing, the vision was just a little plastic gem, no cryo symbol, no way to tell it’s a liyue vision, just a gem. Then there was no top. Some stuff just looked bad quality in general. And the dress part was too big. Waiting to get an email back to get a refund with how they ripped me off. Buying from another website soon and I hope it’s better quality

I ordered 4 items only 1 of which came in they charged me 270$ I also paid for express shipping it came 2 weeks after I ordered I have tried to contact them for the last 3 days no response I will never order again from them I will also be filing a dispute charge since they don't seem to want to answer me
Ciri season 1 costume
Fast shipping. I love the costume so much! The Quality is so nice!! I’m really happy with it! The only reason why I give it not five stars is because The sleeves from the shirt are a bit tight and that causes to make it a bit hard buttoning the shirt alone. But overall it’s a really nice costume and I will definitely be buying more from cossky! :)
Rey Rise of Skywalker Cosplay Review
For a bought, pre-made cosplay, the Rey cosplay is surprisingly good quality! It comes with all the pieces you need. I struggled to figure out how to put it all on at first, but once I figured it out it was super simple! It fit true to size for me when following the size guidelines. I dyed my fabric just slightly to make it look more worn and the fabric took synthetic dye easily. I got many compliments on my costume when I took it to a convention. The shipping was faster than expected and overall I would recommend CosSky for a reliable place to get pre-made cosplays :)
Nice visuals but cheap quality
I bought a Kristoff (Frozen) cosplay. It arrived quickly and it looks great. In fact it's one of the most accurate Kristoff tunics I've seen. That said, the whole thing is very polyester-y. The trousers look like waterproof trousers and make the same swooshing noise when you walk. The sweater feels cheap and does give off a lot of static. As it stands, we will only be using the wig, boots, tunic and belt.

Complete Scam Artists - Do NOT Order From This Site
I ordered 2 costumes OCT 11th with Expedited Shipping 4 - 8 Business Day Shipping. By October 18th my order still wasn’t sent and I emailed asking for a status update, with no reply. For 3 days following I emailed asking for them to Cancel the order since it wouldn’t arrived on time, again with No Reply. Oct 22nd they reply back with “ Hi, You may wait for more 2 days. As long as it can be shipped by 24th Oct, it will arrive on time.” once again not adhering to my Cancel request and insisting that I receive the order. Oct 26th I receive a Shipping Notification that the order was sent, even after my numerous cancel requests. They sent the shipment knowing very well they’re return policy requires the customer to come out of pocket for shipping to China. The next request Nov 8th, once I actually received the order, was insisting me once again to keep the costume. Today, Nov 10th, no refund, shipping label and the costume arrived 2 days ago. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Stay away from these scam artists.
Xu Xialing Costume Review
Overall a really great Marvel cosplay debut was made with Cossky ! Only minor surprise and shock I had with wearing my costume for the first time was the tightness in the back, chest, and shoulder area, but it’s something that’s workable ! Loved the design and construction along with the tracking system for the arrival time of the costume ! Can’t wait to wear Xialing more often to more conventions and suits and order another in the future! Definitely hope Cossky keeps up the great work and service !

DO NOT ORDER ROM THIS SITE!! They failed to deliver my order and have refused to respond to my messages to have my money refunded. Instead they sent me a fake tracking number and then just told me it’s normal to take a month to ship and that it’s normal for the number to not show up in tracking. Total BS
