Crew Points Program is a farce
Let me first say that I love Costa Del Mar’s products. Their apparel is excellent and very fairly priced and their sunglasses are high quality and last forever! My issue with Costa is their customer service, specifically their Crew Points reward program. I have been ordering from them for at least two years and have enrolled in the program multiple times. I get daily emails from them for the program and all their specials. But I cannot find where I am getting their points. When inquiring today, they told me I wasn’t enrolled and they could not back-credit for the thousands of dollars I have spent with them. This is unacceptable to me. Luxottica just refused to do anything to satisfy me. I will be reconsidering whether to continue to shop with them, no matter how much I like the product.
