Reluctant to issue a refund.

We received a defective and damaged product upon delivery. The company made considerable efforts to prevent us from obtaining a refund and to obstruct the return process within a day of receiving the two chairs. As a result, we have ceased conducting further orders with this company and have initiated a case with PayPal to ensure that our refund was received. You will consistently be interacting with an AI Agent or Bot rather than a human being.

The items came very timely and are beautiful. My husband put them together with very little difficulty. They look beautiful on my back deck. They are sturdy for some of us bigger folks.

No issues yet however i did not install…

No issues yet however i did not install the equipment yet. I have purchased 2 units and both where delivered with the condensers laying flat instead of upright. There is no visual damage but its concerning how the equipment was handled. Hopefully no issues on start up.

Trying to do a return and it is not an easy process. I’m still waiting to hear back.

Pieces were bent or missing. TERRIBLE Company, Costway.

The chair arrived on time. However, I was out of town so it didn’t get into my house for two weeks. I unboxed the product when I got home. There was a piece bent. I called target because that’s where I ordered it from, and it took three weeks to get that replacement part. So now keep in mind that I’m ending already the end of my return window of 30 days. Put the new part on go to the next step and that part is defunct too. Called target they asked me to send a video pictures, I did that. Three weeks go by and I still haven’t heard anything so I told target I wanted to return the chair. They said I was past the return window and that I needed to call Costway, as they are the manufacturer. Called Cosway. Can’t help me so far. They want me to send another video. Everyone I talk to was Asian except for Ron who happens to be in the United States. Everyone else is in Asia. And that’s where Costway is located. Here I sit with a chair that I can’t use pieces that are broken and yet they’re blaming me because I missed the return window. And they don’t quite understand that it’s not my fault. That it took me weeks to get the 1st part and and now I want to return the chair because it’s a piece of junk. I would not do service with this company through target or any other store.

Bought 2 and both are broken

Bought 2 and both are broken. Put up for this first time, staked them down and put weights on the legs. Slight breeze was able to fold both of them. Too bent to fold back up without breaking more.

Found these acia wood plant stands that I could not find anywhere else. I looked at the multitude of metal stands that everyone was carrying. Plus the other wood stands out there don't have the build or wood quality of these. Look at the legs of the others. Heavy, sturdy hardwood strands built in Vietnam. As everywhere you shop, and anything you're looking at. You must do your homework and look at the materials and specifications of anything before buying. They carry a wide variety of stuff.
