Why was my ac not delivered to my lot had to someone with pickup to get it to my lot.
Both units were standing on end which its clearly writened on Box with arrows this side up only

The 7 piece was beautiful. It did take some time to assemble every chair. Their were a few wicker pieces that stuck out that should have been longer to tuck in. The worst part is that it says suitable for outdoors. We have no storage so that's why we chose a weather capable set. However the wood slats weathered badly and bowed in less than a year. Received end of July 2025. I sanded them down, repainted and clearcoated. So hopefully they will last awhile. Fingers crossed. My advice, clearcoat the slats before assembly or find storage.

Product was received in a timely manner & was as described per online. Very satisfied with quality.
As an afterthought, I decided I wanted to add casters to make the unit moveable. I contacted the company who manufactured the product & was told "we don't sell parts"! So I proceeded on my own to find locking casters & had them modified to fit the frame. I'm happy with my decision.

Powerful and Quiet AC, But Misleading Advertising!
The Misleading "No Drain" Evaporation Claim The product listing and manual heavily push the "self-evaporating system," claiming it automatically evaporates moisture through the exhaust hose with "no need to empty the drainage tank in cooling operation". This is misleading advertising. After just two days of normal cooling use in my bedroom, the internal tank filled up completely, threw the "Ft" error code (Condensate Water High Level Alarm), and shut the machine off entirely. Unless you live in a desert, the auto-evaporation cannot keep up with normal humidity. Be prepared to manually pull the bottom plug to drain water constantly, or buy a separate hose to drain it into a bucket.
Inaccurate Window Kit Description Costway advertises that the included kit easily adjusts to fit both vertical and horizontal sliding windows. It does not. Out of the box, the plate design is strictly built for side-sliding horizontal windows. If you have standard double-hung (up-and-down) vertical windows, it will not fit seamlessly. I had to manually modify and cut the plastic plate myself just to get it installed.
The Only Saving Grace: Cooling Performance The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is that the actual air conditioner unit functions beautifully once you get past the installation nightmare. It completely and rapidly cools down my 12x16 bedroom. It is also impressively quiet and has never disrupted my sleep.
Final Verdict:The machine itself is a strong, quiet cooler. However, Costway is highly misleading about both the "universal" window kit and the "maintenance-free" evaporation. If you don't mind doing custom DIY plastic modifications and dealing with constant water drainage upkeep, it cools great—but don't fall for the easy-setup marketing claims.
