My kitchen chairs are very nice. But they are not so easy to put together. The seat especially. Maybe a little video of how to attach the seat would be very well received.

My table and chairs arrived when promised and looked exactly like the online picture. I had some problems with delivery from Fed Ex but your customer service was very helpful in solving it.

Not worth it
Postage was quick. The item its self, is unstable. When putting it together you hear the CHIPBOARD cracking, and screws constantly want to go in on a angle. Then you have the issue of backing board, no support and is bowed. Then there us the issue of doors not meeting. I dont recommend this product

DOESN’ T work as stated on your website …
The item only lowered the temperature in my small bedroom 3 degrees over a 3 hour period running constantly. I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment so I keep it in my bedroom with the door closed and it never got to the set temperature of 72 degrees and it’s been 5 days and I haven’t I’ve called 3 times in a week and a half because I’d like to send it back and they keep saying give us 24 hours.
