Do NOT do it! The poles didn’t stay together, they’re incredibly flimsy, very cheaply built and one small gust of wind snapped three poles an hour after it was set up before our event. We didn’t even get to use it. I really hope they’ll refund us, but from what I’ve read, I don’t think they will. Cheapest product I’ve ever purchased.

It would be helpful that the basket ball hoop have the 3 longer pipes connections labeled X Y W. Otherwise you must figure out which is bottom,center and top by trial & error. Otherwise everything is great. Goplus for 69.00

Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick.
Assembly directions easy to follow. Right size for my small space.
I experience loud squeaking when I sit & swing on it. Very annoying sound. Not relaxing at all. I only weigh 150 lbs. It says holds up to 390 lbs. I’m very spectial about putting more weight on it.
Any suggestions about getting squeak to go away? I’d appreciate it. Not sure I’d recommended at this time

Courteous, polite, knowledgeable customer service staff. Service and turnaround on warranty fulfillment was okay. It was good but it could have been better. I understand that there is correct protocol to follow and handle situations, I feel that in certain emergency cases they should follow different protocol.

Model # fo10899us mini split
Unit arrived fine, worked for approximately 1 week. Refrigerant all leaked out. I performed a 400 lb pressure test, checked for leaks at all the connections and they were fine. No bubbles but yet after 9 minutes I lost 25 lb pressure. Trying to contact costway with no luck. Confident the leak is internal to their equipment.
I called costway support, but they said without an order number they couldn't help me and I don't have the order number. So I'm in a catch 22.
