Cancelled an order within 12 hours and…
Cancelled an order within 12 hours and it was still shipped. I went to return it, but then was told I would be charged almost 23 dollars to send it back. They were very rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly by any company I've purchased anything from. Will never give them my business ever again.

I bought an outdoor patio set via Target. One of the cushions arrived with marks on it. I emailed the service with a promise of a reply within 48 hours; nothing. I tried a live chat; I was quickly told that I would be connected to a live agent and that I was next in line. I waited for over an hour, and nothing. The product is good, but there is no customer service.

It’s been a terrible experience
I bought a portable washing machine at the beginning of the year to wash my baby's clothes. It stopped working after seven months of use. I’ve been in contact with them, and it is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The information is inconsistent, and they never seem to know anything about the case. It feels like they don't want to help; they are rude. It’s been a terrible experience. Nothing has been resolved so far.

Replacement part dor fire pit
We bought one of their firepits. Since we couldn’t find the original order they refuse to sell me the part to fix it. Craziest thing I’ve e ever heard. They said it was because they sell through others. But I wasn't asking for a free part - I only wanted to buy a part to fix it. I will not buy any of their products in the future.
