Reviewers had a great experience with this company. People truly love the fun and engaging pack-opening experience, noting that a wide variety of cards and collectibles are easily available to collect. Customers also appreciate the platform's transparency regarding odds and the convenience of trading or selling items directly on the site.
However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with customer service delays and completely unresponsive support when trying to resolve technical glitches or missing shipments. A few people mentioned that pull rates can often feel quite disappointing, with expensive high-tier packs sometimes yielding much lower value than expected.

The rips are fun. It gives you that feeling like you’re opening a pack of cards only this one is a slab. Having everything a slab is the reason I chose Courtyard. The market place is a fun place to look for deals and trades. I like that you can have them shipped to you. I have my first redemption coming in the mail. If I have a complaint if would be the fair market value seems off from time to time.
The site is good, if not a bit slow to update amounts and trades.
Biggest issue are the odds being displayed. Even when the packs are in stock it doesn’t display the odds when you click on it. Some do and some don’t *sometimes.
It used to be great. Now I feel scammed. I bought many 5000 dollar packs. I complained about a duplicate that showed up 3 times in the 5k packs in 2 days. This should never happen. I wasn’t given any compensation.
The cards are all in great condition, I've also had cards shipped to me and they arrive in immaculate packaging. All in all I enjoy the experience when buying these packs.
Overall Happy With The Quality of The Card but Confused About Your Awards Program
I had some good success so far. I really liked the cards, even the cards whose FMV was lower than what paid. I think having the ability to sell the card on site is incredibly convenient. I like ripping the packs where you’re guaranteed a PSA 10.
On issue. I’m still not clear on how your awards system works. I could’ve find anything on your site that explains what it all means.
