Reskinned gambling/slot site that favours the house, withdrawing is made to be a pain. Charging over 60$ in delivery fees alone is ridiculous, it’s almost impossible to withdraw money. Constantly asking to verify your ID and constantly erroring or failing to withdraw funds. You can’t view deposit or withdrawal history

Honestly i know its basically a gamble to which cards you get but as in anything like this the house is massively favoutite which i accept but what i don't accept is that they let me buy the pokemon pack beforehand but now i have to verify myself to get back the money at which i accepted the buy back and it doesnt verify easy so it's simply scam

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They are happy to take your money but when I need to get items shipped they suddenly dont accept a passport as legitimate proof of identity. I will be looking to refund through my card provider as the customer service agents don't really seem to care.
Bad Customer Service
My experience with Courtyard has been extremely frustrating. First, the pull rates have been very disappointing. More importantly, the customer service has been awful. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a response to my messages, despite seeing the representative online most of the time. I was also told that my KYC verification was approved, yet on my end it still shows as pending. I’ve received no clear explanation or meaningful assistance in resolving the issue. At this point, it genuinely feels like I’m begging for the bare minimum as a customer. I should not have to spend days chasing support just to get a basic issue addressed. I would not recommend downloading this app based on my experience. I’m disappointed enough that I’m willing to spend the time and effort sharing my experience so others are aware of what they may be dealing with.

Don’t use this site. Take your money very easily. I still can’t get my money to be withdrawn. Keeps asking for ID then takes my face for verification and goes back to taking my ID again. Still have my money now. Human agents won’t come online and talk to you knew waiting over 40 minutes. Still not one. Also costs over $100 to get one card sent to you if you wanted it outside of this platform. It’s a scam basically. Stick to the real thing.

I just received my first set of 6 slabs I had shipped to me, no issues, everything was in order, now you need to understand this is a gambling app not a investment app, so every time you rip aint gonna be great, but knowing you getting a graded card without having to pay the price to have it done is a major win all around, ive invested about 500$ CA and got about 900$ US worth of slabs which I'm having shipped to me.

Maybe when I pull a 59$ and a 79$ and a 25$ the only profit I got was a ten dollar pack for free always ten under what I put in minimum. Basically done with this after these two ship or only for market buys
