People truly love the fun and engaging pack-opening experience, noting that a wide variety of cards and collectibles are easily available to collect. Customers also appreciate the platform's transparency regarding odds and the convenience of trading or selling items directly on the site. However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with customer service delays and completely unresponsive support when trying to resolve technical glitches or missing shipments. A few people mentioned that pull rates can often feel quite disappointing, with expensive high-tier packs sometimes yielding much lower value than expected.

What people say

Courtyard is the best

I have been using courtyard for many months, shipping is always properly packed, customer service is always prompt and helpful, and there are constantly offering promotions or special deals for regular users. I love that I’m able to choose between crypto or any credit card I have available. Would definitely recommend them over any other platform

Used To Be Quite Good, But Lately, Sharply Deteriorating

I started using Courtyard in early 2026. The app was decent, they had a nice amount of active users, high levels of inventory, etc. The pulls seemed to be fairly distributed. Support was never fast, but they'd get back to you in a few days with a real answer. Now? Inventory is perpetually low. Obvious bot accounts buying up the lower cost packs, and the crumbs left in the expensive packs can often be cards you swear you've gotten in the past day or 2... Even if you hit diamond tier and have so called VIP support, it could be upwards of 10 days to be acknowledged. The answers often feel hollow, gaslighting, or just outright incorrect. Let's first acknowledge what this app is. Gambling. That's fine, I signed up for that. What concerns me is the very low inventory rate, the very non-transparent true pull rates, and the silent allowing of bots to scrape anything remotely of value from the app. I truly hope this is not the start of an exit scam. I hope they turn things around and make things better, especially for those of us who obviously participated enough to get Diamond tier.

Their verification process doesn't…

Their verification process doesn't work. I've got verified several times through the service 'Persona' their using, but my account refuses to get verified so everything is locked. I can only deposit but not withdraw - how convenient. Also, their chat support doesn't work or answer.
