Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers love the huge variety of digital products, praising the stunning clip art, vibrant designs, and high-quality files that are super easy to download onto any device. People frequently mention that the website is clean and well-organized, making it simple to find exactly what they need for their personal or professional crafting projects. However, some customers also noted unexpected charges after the trial period and experienced difficulties when trying to cancel their memberships. Despite these billing concerns, many people still warmly recommend the platform for its wonderful creative resources and helpful trial options.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I am so happy that I came across this company via a link on Pinterest. Wow - such a huge selection of products available - perfect for someone like me who regularly has to organise craft activities for kids at our church.
Craftness is definitely worth the subscription price! So much to choose from and well organized with a good search function to narrow the possibilities to exactly what you are looking for. Something for every occasion and event. Loved the depth of color and the png files that allow you to layer multiple graphics.
What an awesome website! I could download so many beautiful high-quality pages for my junk journalling! LOVE IT!
I like Craft Nest. I appreciate the templates they have and they have amazing customer service. I’ve been able to stay more organized thanks to their platform.
Love you CraftNest!! Such a wide beautiful selection of clip arts and all the other items! So happy that I came across your site!
My partner and I came across their ad while scrolling on social media. They claimed signing up was free so I made an account and even encouraged my partner to do the same. Then out of nowhere they charged my credit card $10. To make things worse they also charged my partner who only signed up because I recommended it. Now I feel stupid and embarrassed because it looks like I dragged both of us into a scam. I’ve emailed their support team, but I haven’t heard anything back not even an automated response.
Hi E.W., I understand why you're upset about the charges, but I need to clarify that we never ignore our customers. We guarantee a response to every email within 24 hours. If it has been longer than that, our reply likely went to your spam folder. Let's get this fixed for both of you today. Please email [email protected] and include both email addresses you used. I will personally cancel the accounts and refund the charges. Best, Ashley from CraftNest
I thought all of the Cliparts, Coloring Books, Junk Journals, Sublimation, & SVG files were really gorgeous. My craft area is a mess currently so I cannot make use of them, but I explored the site using their free trial, and as soon as I get reorganized I want to rejoin. As I was using the site I found myself just wanting to collect images! Particularly the stained glass ones because of the holiday season. I definitely recommend CraftNest to anyone who actually has their act together and can make use of the art forms they present.
There was a wide selection of very nice clipart, all organized well into categories so easy to find what you look for. I did cancel after the free trial period because I didn't truly have enough time to use it as much as I thought I would. I will likely sign up for it again after the new year!
CraftNest has soooo many items available for instant download! I signed up for the membership but didn't look at the card I was using (ooops) used a nonprofit card by mistake. With one email I got things corrected!!!! No middle man or waiting weeks for a response. I will definitely be signing up with the correct card 😍
Idk what I thought I was signing up for, not what I expected. But I did get a chance to check out their items via the free trail. If you’re into crafts ,clip art & scrapbooking, I would definitely invest in the free trail to see for yourself all that they have to offer. Unfortunately I have no use for it at the moment, but after viewing , it has sparked some curiosity in me.
