I ordered 2 items back in July 1 and it’s July 30. This mail is lost through usps. I’m disappointed that it took this long and not received any current updates on the item locations.

Fight on
First, I love that my products are coming from Ukraine. I can't imagine their lives under siege by Putin and his corrupt government. Also, I am embarrassed of the United States response since Trumptard and his MAGA goons have taken control of the United States government. What Ukraine has achieved and continues to achieve is beyond admirable. They stood up to a bully, took their blows and continue to get up and carry on. True warriors. The quality of their products is amazing. Their service and response time is outstanding. They are at war and have been amazing with delivery and response to a user error. I have had two packages make it through customs and delivered to Wisconsin in about a month. Pretty outstanding if you ask me.

Richard, thank you.
Your strong words mean a lot to us. We are deeply grateful for all the support we receive from the United States and people like you.
We are glad the packages made it to Wisconsin in good time and that we could help sort out that order. Keeping our Ukraine workshop running gives us purpose, and we just focus on shaping reliable 52100 carbon steel tools. We hope they serve you well for years.

I own tools that are supposed to be the best with a much higher price point than sharky. But they feel fragile in my hands. I love the fact when I pick up a sharky tool it is built tough, they also hold an edge like a boss. When they start to loose the super fine edge a few strokes on a stop and im back to carving. 10 stars highly recommend.

Erik, thank you.
Hearing that your Sharky tools feel built tough and hold an edge like a boss compared to expensive options means a lot to us.
Reviews like yours push our Ukraine workshop to keep improving and making our 52100 carbon steel tools the absolute best they can be. Thank you very much for the great support.
We would love to see some photos of the items you carve with them!

When the tool arrived, we tested it. Performed well. Received several advertisements while waiting for the tool. Shipping confirmation seemed like it was a phishing attempt. “Out for Delivery” notice came a week before arrival. Honestly thought I had gotten scammed.

Larry thank you.
I am glad the tool performed well for you. I am sorry the shipping felt slower than you hoped and that the emails caused some confusion. While the package did arrive within the estimated timeframes listed on our site we always try our best to get our hand forged tools to you as fast as possible.
Shipping from our workshop in Ukraine just takes a bit of time. I hope it serves you well.

Ease of ordering. Although it took 2 weeks to arrive, the time honored blacksmithing and sharpness was and will be worth the wait. Very good and sincere company too work with. I had questions and they answered very quickly.

The blade is fine, and the sickle itself was beautiful upon arrival, but after using it for a bit the handle came off the blade. I think you should consider putting a rivet or two through it in the future, or at least some strong adhesive. The blade is good, but the handle is attached poorly.
Reply from Sharky Forged Steel Tools2026-07-12
Hi Cade, thank you.
I am glad you like the blade on the sickle, but hearing that the handle came off is unacceptable. We are taking your advice on using rivets and stronger adhesive straight to our workshop in Ukraine so we can improve the handle attachments in future batches. I have just emailed you directly so we can look into this and resolve it for you.
