Great quality and great product. One of a kind!
Jeff, thank you. It is good to know that the product hit the mark for you in both quality and uniqueness. We hammer out our tools from 52100 carbon steel to make sure they stand the test of time. If you ever feel like sharing a picture of your work, we would love to see it. Yaroslav & the team
Jeff The right tool really does change the work, and I’m glad this one feels that way in your hands. We’re proud to make hand-forged tools here in our Ukraine workshop. Would be great to see what you make with it. — Yaroslav & the team
These are well made tools at a fair price. It can take a minute to receive them in California but I am on the other side of the earth so …. No big deal. I particularly like the steel quality. I recommend Sharky Forged Steel Tools.
Thanks, Richard! You liked the fair price, the steel quality, and the build, while noting the trip to California can take some time. That distance is real, but we make each tool with 52100 carbon steel in our Ukraine workshop. Yaroslav & the team
Second order, still very good quality, and for technical reasons I had to communicate with the firm : very nice exchange with Oleh, very kind and helpfull.
Thank you so much for your kind review and for your continued support! I’m very glad to hear that you’re happy with the quality once again. It was a pleasure communicating with you, and I’m always happy to help whenever needed.
The tools are great quality. Dont let a longer ship time side track your decision to buy products from Ukraine. Im glad to see fine craftsmanship like this still exist! CustomerService is top notch too!
Casey, you pointed out exactly what matters - the ship time from Ukraine takes patience, but the craftsmanship and edge on the tools made it worth the wait. We still hand-forge these in our workshop from 52100 carbon steel, one batch at a time. Glad the customer service helped along the way too. Hope the tools see plenty of real work — send us photos when you get a project going. — Yaroslav & the team

What impressed me the most was how proactive you were in letting me know about a problem with delivery and that you were going to contact the post office to get it delivered. This has happened before and no company has ever done this. We exchanged several pleasant emails. This was truly great customer service. The carving axe is beautiful and I look forward to using it in the Spring.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and kind review! I truly appreciate your words about our communication — it means a lot to know that our support made a difference. We always try to stay proactive and make sure every order arrives safely. I’m very glad to hear that you like the carving axe, and I hope it brings you great enjoyment when you start using it.
Sharky tools stepped up to the plate for me. While my package ended up having quite the delay, it eventually arrived and what a great arrival it was! Sharky felt awful about the delay and made it right with me. They always responded quickly and assured me that if my tool was actually lost they would replace it or refund my money. If you plan on ordering over the holidays I would suggest ordering as early as possible and just set it aside. I do believe they offer an excellent product and it is well worth the wait even if it is 8 weeks. I would order from them again without hesitation. Thank you Sharky for the help and assuring my delivery.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for your patience! I truly appreciate your understanding regarding the delivery delay, especially during the busy holiday period. I’m very glad that the package finally arrived and that you are happy with the tool. Your support and trust mean a lot to us. Thank you again for your kind words and for recommending our work.
