I am very happy with Craftsyart. I bought a diamond light and it arrived broken. I sent an email showing the broken item and they replaced it immediately. I received a new one a week later. I cannot recommend they highly enough.

would like to say what a great service you provided in not sure where your company is based but I live in aus but i a ordered custom diamond art from a Australian based company a week before I seen yours and I am still waiting if I new then that you did custom ones and delivered so quickly I would of bought that also from you I need it in two weeks if you could guarantee I would get it by this time nxt week I would cancel my other order ...again Ty for your quick delivery and amazing products ,there should be more people out there that have service Like yours I will be telling all my diamond art club to use your site many thanks
