Everything were smooth. I'm using them regularly to receive funds in their platform. They reply fast. Also there are always online people (not chatbots) that can help you with your request. Even recently banking partner requested additional information and they didn't give up, helped me and I have received the funds. Yes, from time to time they are delays in the transfer, but that's a normal for almost every such provider. Especially when you are not transferring funds internally. They have SEPA and Swift available which is very rare. Also the crypto transfer is working like a charm!
This is a fraudulent platform, they debited my account €50 for an incoming payment which they themselves cancelled claiming the sender used “TARGET” instead of “SEPA” whereas the same sender’s previous payment from “TARGET” was accepted. Nowhere in their T&Cs , does it state there’s a 50€ penalty for such , or an prior warning against receiving payments using “TARGET”. I want my 50€ else i will take this up with the Central Bank in Cyprus. Scammers

Charged for “bank taxes” on an unused account – unacceptable and unethical!
I opened an account with Credits.com but never used it — no transactions, no deposits, no withdrawals, nothing. Two months later, I was shocked to receive a request from them asking me to pay “bank taxes” despite the fact that I have never used the account in any way.
This is unacceptable. No company should be charging customers for an unused account without clearly explaining such fees at the start. I never agreed to pay for something I didn’t use, and the lack of transparency is alarming.
I have reached out to their support team for clarification, but so far, their response has been slow and unhelpful. I strongly advise anyone considering using Credits.com to read the fine print carefully and be aware that they may charge you for simply having an account — even if you never touch it.
Until this issue is resolved and my account is closed without charges, I will not recommend their services to anyone.

I've been using the service for 4 years, and the team has never let me down. The app is simple with good fees. Hey Team, update your page to let others know you're more than just blockchain—highlight your banking products like IBAN and the debit Mastercard.

Fraud. I lost 50 Euro. I made a deposit and I can't withdraw it. Support stopped replying for a few days.

Not bad app, they position themselves as a neobank, open IBAN accounts, but for some reason there are not even debit cards?
Otherwise everything is standard for this level of app: buying crypto for fiat, selling crypto for fiat, selling crypto for crypto, from the pluses I can note that it is possible to withdraw funds directly to the card. From disadvantages - interface looks a bit raw, it needs to be improved.

Beware its a scam. Company is not willing or too incompetent to follow on their own promises. Now they are asking for more money after they lost 17 million dollars of user investments. Product is broken, support is bad and unresponsive.

My Future Cruise Credits with Princess cruise UK and Cruise.co.uk
My husband and I booked the Heritage Baltic Cruise with cruise.co.uk for sailing on 3 Sept 2020. Unfortunately due to the covid pandemic the cruise was cancelled. We rebooked the same cruise in 2021 for sailing on 3 September 2022. Because of the Ukrainian war we were allowed to cancel it. We paid £523 deposit for the first booking and £100 deposit when we rebooked in 2021. Cruise.co.uk wrote to say that unless we book a cruise and sail by 30 September 2023, the £523 will be forfeited. We will only be refunded for £100. First, both are deposits for the cruises, £523 is deposit for the first booking and £100 is for the second booking. Why is only £100 deposit returned? Second, Princess cruise state that after 3 years, if our future cruise credit is not being used, the amount will be returned to card the payment is made. Third, the 3 years that our money was held back is no fault of us, with the covid pandemic and the war. We are already committed to a 36 day cruise plus land tour after the cruise for 2023. And on 22 Dec 2022, after so many emails to cruise.co.uk that Caroline from the support team wrote to tell me we have to book a cruise and sail by 30 September 2023, otherwise the money will be be forfeited. I have been sending emails after emails enquiring this as well as how I can get in touch with Princess cruise. I am from Australia and have been sailing with Princess cruise. I was in UK then, that was how I booked the cruise with cruise.co.uk What a NIGHTMARE it is.
Could be the fastest blockchain in the world with a real purpose of blockchained bank rather than selling useless ilusions (NFT) incurring ridiculous miner fees. A high potential project which could revolutionise the speed of the transactions at low fees. I will not be surprised in the near future, that it will also be implemented the NFT's and other features after further development of the blockchain. In my opinion, the hard work of the team behind might bring this project on the Solana's path and even overcome it.

I've used the Credits 'CS Crypto' wallet app to transfer funds between friends and it's so fast (we're talking only a few seconds) when compared to any other cryptocurrency out there. $CS is certainly the most undervalued cryptocurrency and blockchain out there right now in 2021. This is a _real_ world class fast blockchain system, not some hype driven doge pretender.
