Financing went through real smooth my package arrived on the exact date it supposed to have. ALTHOUGH it was the right caliber make and brand shotgun. It is not the gun I ordered. It’s “fully camo” mine was a “bronze” receiver.
Process was very fast and easy. I will use them again in the future.

Terrible experience using credova I initially ordered a fire arm using their financing system and less than 24 hours later after reaching out to them to cancel they told me I’d have to pay 30% of what I owe. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t ever use them again.
Credova is very good in helping a person make a purchase tat they would not be able to make. But I do have an issue with Credova. I purchased the wrong item by accident, I call the customer service number and I received a recorded message saying that they do not have live agents to help me. I emailed customer service and got a response stating once the purchase is made, we can not cancel the order. All I want to do is correct my order. I'm keeping the contract. Basically, an exchange is all I want do. This is a problem for me. I purchased the wrong handgun and I want to correct my purchase for the right handgun, that's all. Credova make it possible to make the purchase once again but customer service need to be a live agent and a simple mistake may cost this comoany a loyal customer.

I Thought i was approved for the certain amount. Turns out that amount has to be spent on one website only. Wish i had known that as i was watching a gun on another site. the process though was quick and easy just know it's for that site and that site only. I would still recommend Credova.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Credova is hitting me with a 128% markup in order to “ lease, the rifle for 24 months” if it’s not paid off in 30 days. My grab a quote from grab a gun was $1089. Credova has me locked into $2489.

The first time I tried to check out there was some sort of hiccup and even though Credova provided the financing for some reason on the seller side, it didn’t go through. After calling Credova, it was straightened out and I couldn’t be happier.
