This company went into my account Mede changes without my consent and when I questioned obvious changes to my account like my direct deposit and my build account I was told that I never had direct deposit and all my transactions were gone from my dashboard and activity now only reflected two months instead of over a years worth of activity. And they still say I don't have direct deposit and I'm still receiving my ssi deposit to them they had a banking update that didn't go as seamlessly as would like to believe and are still giving me the run around about the former status of my account and even though I for my ssi deposited they deny that there is even an account matching their records. Somebody really needs to get to the bottom of the glitch or a consumer fraud case needs to be filed

Absolutely the worst. Customer service is an AI and then the "human" representative will say exactly what the AI did. They disclose policies like holding on to a verifiable check from one bank to another for a week and offer no partial access to your deposited check. They hide behind a policy as their justification for not verifying the funds with the bank, which most banks will do, especially if you request it in need. Do not bank here if you want readily access to your own funds and want customer service that provides literally no help.
