Pros & Cons
Pros: Pretty decent, love the customer service, the overdraft and especially the payday advance.
Cons: Despite the same income probably a few hundred more, the advance is now lower? I was getting the full amount of $750 now it's only $550. I don't like that. But oh well, I'm not the boss of it.

Current is great / Dispute resolution not complete .
My overview of the banking is great. I could not be happier BUT when a dispute is necessary as I’ve had a couple times is iron clad an issue , that the funds are still on the item bought , item states failed or already used . Any further research by the team would prove without a shadow of a doubt that product was faulty and a refund should have been issued but wasn’t . I strongly think the dispute department should completely review each case to discover what the customer is stating is in my cases, very true . I feel I was not treated correctly several times .
