Don't buy from Curvy-Faja—unless you want to throw your money away. They don't accept returns the way they advertise, and the material is of very low quality. The sizing isn't standard compared to leggings from a regular store—plus, they don't even come with a label. Customer service is terrible; they only reply to one email, just to offer you a 20% discount on your next purchase. There is no way I'm ever buying anything from them again.

I love the girdle; it has great compression. It doesn't roll down when I put on pants. As soon as it doesn't fit anymore, I'll buy a smaller one.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ OR TIME! I just wanted to exchange the items I ordered. I based on their measurements, but they are incorrect. I was told to give the 2 items to a family/friend and they would give me a discount on my next purchase. They said I would have to pay return fees and mail them back to China, and it is a "complex and expensive " process. I am appalled and shocked this is the level of response I get. It says on their website I have a 30 day exchange-return window. I just wanted to return these two items and get my money back. I'm extremely disappointed and will never ever order from them again!
The experience was horrible; first, you sell your merchandise coming from China which took 2-3 weeks to arrive and the worst was that it didn’t fit; secondly, I sent an email to try and get a return label, you don’t provide it and thirdly, I was told I had to pay the return fee and the additional fee for taxes. This situation obviously obliges the customer to keep the merchandise since the cost of return is more than the merchandise.
Poor product quality, and every time I attempt to get an address to return the product for a refund, they will not provide it. They only offer a discount on your next purchase. Well, I will never order from the company again, so I certainly don’t need a discount on a future order. I just needed my money returned.

I wantedcto return two items that are nor correct, after i asked to cancel order. It was stalled and shipped when I asked cancellation before it shipped. Received it, items need to return two and am being stalled on return label , going against policy promotion. Misleading customer service. I wont buy again.
Cheap quality. They will give you the run around when it comes to returns. They will tell you that the postage is more than what you ordered.
