First and foremost, Serene herbs products are fantastic. I have the soursop and black seed bitters. Definitely delivers the benefits that it claims. Just have to make sure to be consistent. Customer Service at Serene Herbs was top notch. I neglected to track my subscription order and had to skip one shipment. Mohammed from customer service responded swiftly and was able to cancel the shipment. Its rare that you come across a business that would provide such care and attention to your needs.

My experience with Sereneherbs has been great thus far! I had a question that dealt with prescription medications and taking the Soursop Bitter. The response was in a timely manner. Not only that, but it was a warm and kind response that showed genuine concern and total honesty. The advice given was not telling me that this product would be ok to use while taking certain medications. I was given an honest response and real advice. Great customer service goes a long way with me and I truly appreciate the service that I received. I started using the Soursop bitter this week and so far I like it. The taste is not all that great, but I expected it to be worse because of how people described it. LoL It's not that bad to me. Or should I say it's tolerable to me. I believe that if I do my part, the soursop will do its part! I definitely feel a difference in not feeling bloated. I didnt started running to the restroom right away or anything, but it does make you go several times in a day. I look forward to having a healthy gut again! NOTE: I am not one who writes alot of reviews AT ALL but I did not do the verify thing because I would have to provide my I.D. and I didn't want to do that, but I did want to give my honest experience because it was awesome and I will continue this product and give an updated review in the near future.

I have been using Serene Herbs Black Seed Bitters and Soursop Bitters. Within the 1st 2 months my health has improved! I was prescribed two medications for hypertension, since using Serene Herbs my daily readings are normal, so I was removed from the 2nd medication. I accidentally signed up for subscription when it was only supposed to be a one-time purchase. Customer service promptly fix the issue & fully refunded me my money back. I most definitely recommend this company to everyone & I definitely will be making future purchases. We need more companies with this level of integrity!

This Company will auto-ship EVEN after you have requested to cancel the 'subscription'. I cancelled, returned product, and then the next month, more product arrived and I was charged. This product is NOT cheap. This is fraud. They do not answer the phone, they have not replied to my email. Beware! Beyond frustrating when you cannot stop this Company from charging you every other month.

THIS SERENE HERBS SOURSOP BITTERS took weeks to arrive, there is no indication on the bottle where the product is made, or where it is shipped from, or how much liquid is actually in the bottle... nowhere does it mention that, it tastes dreadful, mine cost me AUD$129.99 yet it is advertised all over the internet at a FRACTION of the price I paid. I think there is something wrong with this product and I am about to throw mine down the rain. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. Paid for it 16th June, it arrived end July. NEVER AGAIN!

Charm was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and helpful through the return process, and even followed up with me to ensure my refund was processed correctly. She made the entire process absolutely flawless.
Beware
I think this is a pretty good company.. I think their products are decent and get the job done. Although these two things are true, if you’re ordering from this company, beware that this company will give you a subscription when you did not order it. I believe this is their way of getting additional revenue… I noticed that other reviews voiced , the same problem. My first time ordering from them, this is exactly what happened. They sent out another Supply, saying that I had a subscription. I had to go through the trouble of sending it back, etc. while dealing with health concerns. But this reason I will think twice when ordering from this company in my opinion, they tend to scheme on individuals by setting up a subscription for them. Beware!

Serene Herbs total fake products DOES NOT WORK!
If I could give this product a zero I would. Just because the taste was awful I thought that it was a product that actually worked. Unfortunately it does not work fake products, false advertising at its finest. The most overhyped, overprice product yet. I use the product for 2 and a half weeks. Ate clean the whole duration to make sure for best results. No sugars, no nothing only ate vegetables and minimum fruits. Nothing absolutely nothing what a fake save your money don’t believe the hype a bullshit product deserves no stars not even the one star I was forced to give because zero wasn’t an option.
