I've made several orders over the years. Whether it's 250 or 25,000 buttons, Maura and her team are always there to go out of their way to make sure I look good. Their customer service is bar none—even with my sometimes needy clients. I highly recommend CustomerButtons.com to anyone who want a wonderful product at a wonderful price.
They look great but they dont stay on. I handed them out and everyone that had one including myself said they fell off and were lost. Id appreciate a replacement order i spent $30 on 5 buttons and they were all gone within a few hours.
Mr. Martin, I apologize that you did not have a positive experience with the buttons you have ordered. My understanding is that our staff have already contacted you to redo your order and perhaps increase the button size at your discretion. Customer service was wonderful and helpful when I called. The full service art department tweaked our design and gave it a nice, professional look that we loved. We used the fast track service, and buttons arrived on time and in great condition. I will definitely use this company again when ordering! I recommend them highly! *My only suggestion is that they put their business hours somewhere on the website. (If they do, I didn't see them.)
