Communication via email took too long
Communication via email took too long. I kept asking for the rep to call me, but she never did. It took too long to close out the order. Then my packages kept getting lost when shipped to me, with one returning to sender due to an issue with how my address was listed.

I DID 300 SUNGLASSES, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE .70 CENTS EACH..$45 SET UP FEE AND A SECOND $45 FOR DOING THE OTHER ARM..EVEN TODAY, ON YOUR WEBSITE, THE SAME ITEM IS LISTED AT .70 EACH BUT WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY, THEY CHARGED ME $1.03 EACH..WHEN I INQUIRED, ADAM MADE UP SOME BS REASON AS WHY DOING THE SECOND ARM MADE THEM GO UP IN PRICE..MY CLIENTS EVENT WAS COMING SOON SO I HAD TO BITE THE BULLET AND DO THEM ANYWAY....FELT LIKE A BAIT AND SWITCH..A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS..

Thank you for your feedback, Carl! We're so sorry if the printing process was not adequately explained by us in order to save you from this confusion & frustration. Each $45 set up fee is to make the physical plate with which each design is printed, so with two different arm designs as you had, there would be two setup fees. If you were to reorder again with the same item & design, there would not be any setup fees since we already have the plates! As for the increased cost per item, that's the run fee for the second location (which requires another day of printing, labor, and extra ink). Multi-color and multi-location imprints are available on most items for an added cost and longer production time, while the cost on our website remains for a one-location, one-color print as originally stated. Most customers are looking for a one-design print, so that is the price on our website before a personal quote, where we can add any additional costs you may request. Company Event
The towel that I ordered for a company event was not available. I was offered an alternative and the final product came out fantastic! I did have to reach out several times to have someone call me back after the initial outreach from customer service regarding the fact that the initial towel was unavailable.

The turnaround time was great on the order. This order seems to have more disconnected/misplaced sticks from the actual fan. I’ve been checking each one before I distribute them which isn’t a big deal. Overall feedback is great, people love them!
