Great product and on time
I was worried my order wouldn’t arrive on time. The Assistants I spoke with assured me and made sure it would arrive. Thanks so much the flexible nylon frisbees came out great!

The price was right, I liked how I was able to confirm the design before paying. And my stuff got here in a timely manner!
Excellent Customer Service
The customer service was great and worked with me on changes and still got us our product on time.
First a bait and switch, then never delivered
First a bait and switch to a higher priced product. Then never delivered the higher priced product. Never provided shipping information. Called 3 days running until they finally admitted that for the month they'd kept my money (without shipping information), they also hadn't fabricated the product, and that it wouldn't arrive before the event for which it was purchased. Terrible experience.

There was an issue with some of the…
There was an issue with some of the printing on the notebooks we had ordered. Contacted customer service and they reprinted the items and rush them through so we could meet our deadline. Everyone was very helpful and considerate during the entire process.

I ordered a product and paid for it on…
I ordered a product and paid for it on June 9, 2026. As the date for when I needed the product was approaching, I contacted Shelby, the rep who was assigned to me. She stated to me in an email that the order was scheduled to be shipped on July 2, 2026 with a transit time of approximately two business days. The estimated arrival time passed. I contacted Shelby a few times via email and got no response. I called and spoke with a young lady on Friday, July 10th who assured me that I would receive an email updating me about my order on July 13th. I didn't receive an email, so I called back on July 14th to only find out that my order never went into production. In other words, they lied to me and said it was shipping on July 2nd. This is after charging my card. So, I'm stuck without having the product for a convention and it is too late to order from somewhere else. DO NOT USE 4ALLPROMOS.COM! They lie to their customers! I will never do business with them again!

I was cautious of ordering as I hadn't heard of them before, but they were quick, communicative and the product was great. They didn't have enough of one of the colors I ordered so they emailed and got it adjusted and still hit my timeline!

Easy to Order & Great Customer Service
We had a large cup order and it was so easy to submit online. Pricing is affordable and cups were just as described. We had a few that had some minor damage and it was so easy just to email the pictures and they took care of it in a very professional manner. We will definitely use them again for more!
