The post office obliterated the package that was sent out. My order of 25 wine tumblers was missing several and the ones that made it back in the box were damaged. A couple of proof pictures and no other questions asked. The missing and damaged ones were replaced. Thanks

they changed my artwork. It took 3 days and numerous revisions to get them to just print artwork as I sent it. When my project (paper Fans) arrived it was obviously printed incorrectly. it three calls to there customer service to get a response to correct my order. they sent reprinted fans just in time for my event. their customer service was abysmal

As far as their customer service, I'm blown away! Joel spent so much time on the phone with me helping me thoroughly research the products I was looking at to help me pick the best one. They were too pricey for a free sample, so we searched through their inventory to find products with the same fabric that would qualify for a free sample, he also called production to get more information on the items I was comparing. I mean I was blown away by the service he provided and the time he spent with me. I now feel so comfortable placing my order in a few days. And it's an important order we're making! We don't have a lot of extra time before we'll be taking these items half way across the world for a once-in-a-lifetime group event. :)

THis is my second large order and this time it took several days to get the artist sample back after I uploaded the logo. I have not received the order yet, so I can not speak to the quality or shipping. The order number was 2041150 for Sweatshirts
