Terrible Terrible
I was told they were out of the item I wanted, so I substituted one, approved the proof, got a shipping notice, and then was told that one was also out of stock. So the original one was back in stock, so I reordered that one, approved everything, and they offered expedited shipping to meet my due date. Then they made a label, but no one took it to be shipped so it didn't arrive on time. I ordered almost a month in advance of my event and they couldn't deliver on time. I will never use them again. I wasted so much time chasing them down about their products. Absolutely atrocious. The one lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and really did try to be helpful, but the production/sales team did not seem to care about customer service.

It was a rough start
It was a rough start. First, the bags that I've been buying for several years were, apparently, discontinued. Over the next few weeks, I talked to different people who said there was not a close replacement. Then, all of a sudden, a new person reached out and said, well, we have these bags that are almost identical. (???) Where were these bags and this person a couple weeks ago?!? Regardless, they're just a hair smaller but I ordered and customers probably won't know the difference. Thank you

Product and shipping were exactly as ordered. Print quality was exceptional.

Prompt response and shipping. Easy to order and the proofs are great with any changes made easy. Product is as advertised. We ordered the umbrellas with logo last year and blankets this year. All very nice.

Worth it.
Product delivered ahead of time, in good shape, exactly as ordered at a reasonable price. Slight delays during order processing (too many cooks?) were a little frustrating but, otherwise, definitely worth it.

Items out of stock and only order if you don't have a tight deadline
I selected three items to order. Two of the three items were out of stock. I was notified a week after my order was placed that the first item was out of stock. So, I picked a new item. By the time they got around to fixing that item the second item was out of stock. Had their website been current with what items were out of stock my items would have arrived for my event. But of course they arrived the three days after my event. Customer Service response time is extremely slow, which added to the delay in getting new items selected. And if remember correctly after all the picking new items, I believe that the first item that I reselected was out of stock again. They never offered any compensation for the delay or expedited shipping to correct the problem with their website. The only reason I'm not saying one star is because we did finally receive the items and they were as expected. I would not order from them if you are on tight timeline or attached to the item you picked as it possibly is out of stock.
