I love the product and it turned out nice. The reason for the 4 stars is that the confirmation process was clunky and eventually I had to call to inquire when I'd approve a proof. It was taken care of, but I had to follow up to get the hold up unstuck.

The logo on the first batch of pens was not legible. The company reached out to see how our order was & I honestly informed them of our disappointment. They reached out again to resolve the issue and replaced our pens. We are very happy with the logo, the ability for our customers to read our logo, and the quality of the pens is perfect. Thanks for supporting your product!
I appreciate that the resolution team accepted the return, so I want to give them credit for working with me on that. My frustration is that the company continues to insist the product description is accurate, despite the product photos and wording leading me to believe I was purchasing a fabric first aid pouch. The listing repeatedly refers to a "case," and the images do not clearly communicate that the product is simply a plastic zip-top bag. I would have gladly paid the small additional cost for the fabric version had I known what I was actually ordering. Instead, I spent over $450 on items that weren't suitable for the purpose I purchased them for. I hope they reconsider updating the product description so future customers know exactly what they're buying. A simple statement that the kit comes in a plastic zip-top pouch would have prevented this entire situation.
