I bought this pillow for a friend of mine her boyfriend died last year from cancer and she seen a pillow I had got and I told her I will get one but like 2 months went by I let her forget about it and then I ordered it and she loved it I continue to watch her video over and over every time it makes me cry I love bringing joy to people I love thank you for allowing me to give that to her

Ordered a personalized pillow.
Took longer than average time - manufactured and ships from China. Shame on me. The colors of the embroidery are not the same as indicated online and the quality is very cheap - looks and feels like a cross stich canvas - not a soft pillow material. Looked heavier/more substantial online. Only option for a return was for me to pay for the return cost to China and receive 30% of my cost back. What is the point in that? I understand ‘personalized’ items are generally not returnable but when the quality is so bad and not as represented, that’s a different story. Very disappointing and customer service was not helpful. I will not use this company again and do not recommend.
In response to your response - I don’t want to keep this pillow - refund should be made for poor quality as you mentioned. It’s a zero net gain if I pay to return the item for a 30% refund.

First, we apologize for your dissatisfaction, but everything has been discussed:
1. Regarding the production time, the website clearly indicates the production time (because it's a handmade product). Shipping time varies depending on your chosen logistics company; your order actually arrived 7 days earlier than promised.
2. Regarding the product color, I've compared the color of each letter you selected with the actual product color, and you can see there is absolutely no color difference.
Because this is a custom-made product and cannot be resold, it cannot be returned or exchanged free of charge unless there is a quality issue or a production error. It's impossible for you to only want a refund while keeping the product.
This is a Chinese based company and not UK based as the name suggests which makes shipping long and returns more difficult.

I ordered a couple of bobbleheads and some parts arrived broken, but the seller went above and beyond to make it right by replacing them with brand-new ones. Communication was excellent and they responded quickly to all my messages. Overall, I had a really great experience and highly recommend this company.
This was a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas. It was supposed to make it before Christmas but did not. Did not get any updates on tracking. It arrived today and it is a customized lego set, there were no instructions or paperwork with it at all! Do. Not recommend.

I ordered the 16 photo flip frame with a song and got the 🎄gift box. I could NOT be happier! It is adorable and the customer was personal and WONDERFUL; they even let me change a couple photos after I submitted my order. I hardly ever write reviews but I wanted to this time.
