Absolutely fantastic vendor! Our company wanted custom design socks for an upcoming corporate event. The process was simple, I chose my sock and then uploaded my design.Within one business day, Vanessa and Jason reached out to me with wonderful design suggestions. In three business days, I got mock ups to present to our planning committee. Their support and excellent customer service was the best! Thank you Custom Sock Shop! I will be ordering from you again!
Your customer service is AMAZING.....Everyone on the phone helping me with the order was absolutely phenomenal, couldn't be happier. We loved the sock when we received it, it was exactly as described and as we'd hoped. BUT, after 2-3 washes, the logo is BADLY fraying and looks terrible. Incredibly disappointing that many of the pairs are pretty much unwearable already. We did purchase the high end high quality sock too.....
