I would have loved to give these guys…

I would have loved to give these guys more stars, but communication was a bit lacking. I created a custom sticker for a High School Reunion about a week before, to go on some giveaway gifts for the alumni who attended. I noted the deadline due to assembly time needs and asked for communication if it couldn't be kept and an eta of when they would arrive on the order. A day or two before the due date I asked for an update. Looked online to see any progress notes on the project or an email update. Only status was "unfulfilled". I emailed, I called 2 days in a row. I texted asking for an update, not wanting to be stuck empty handed. But no response. So with less than 72 hours left I started to urgently seek a back up provider. I ended up finding a local mom business who printed them at home and did get them to me the same night, saving me the nightmare of last minute assembly. But in the end, the stickers did arrive the morning of the day before the reunion, so with a little communication it would have worked out. And the quality was very good and professional looking compared to the mom biz, but I spent money on a whole new order bc it was my first dealing with them and there was no progress indicators online that let me know it was being worked on. and then they sent me a bill for shipping after the fact. silly business practice iyam. But I might give them a try again in the future now that I know it's a real business, bc I just found them on google the first time with no references.

I was laying on couch one night playing with chat GPT . Know clue how anything workS, I created A design for some decal stickers for my new escooter. I contacted customstickers.com And others too Madison from custom stickers reached out and helped me get exactly what I needed.( I know how it can be when your trying to help someone that don't have any idea what they're doing). She was very patient, polite, and very responsive. My stuff actually turned out very nice. The price was fair and the service was great Everything turned out real sassy in the end I would 100% recommend

5* Quality - Timing Could Improve

Quality is awesome. Printing is superb. I do wish the submission to shipped turn around time was a little quicker since my whole business is stickers and requires inventory at all times. Their product is worth me timing my orders in a specific way .. but if the quality falls off .. I don't think I'd stick with them.

I've been working with Custom Stickers for more than two years. I've ordered around 100 different printed designs from them over this span and without fail, they always deliver. Even when there has been a miscommunication, they have met my needs. The reason I chose to work with CS was due to their creator being so transparent about his experience starting the company and freely providing help and assistance to others who were interested in starting their own sticker printing company. That level of transparency was inspiring and as a byproduct, they got my first order and have continued to be my go-to. I have passed their name onto dozens of other creatives over the past couple of years and I'm happy to claim that I'm probably responsible for their business presence in central Colorado. I told three other sticker producers about them just last week and I don't do this to get some sort of affiliate kick-back, it's because the service and product quality are very good.
