Could Not Complete My Order Correctly
I had two specific sizes I needed Kiss Kut stickers for. I was assured my request could be completed. I received my order with great print quality, but the cut was off-centered. I pointed this out to customer service, and I was assured that the error would be corrected and resent. I received a print not even close to what I requested. I once again notified customer service of the error, but no one ever responded. Even though the print and material were good, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered these stickers with plenty of time for delivery. The stickers were expected to be delivered August 5th to the destination. The stickers were never delivered and appear to be lost in transit with no updates available. I am moving and now won't be able to receive them. For the first batch of stickers you guys did me a huge favor and corrected my mistake of ordering matte when I wanted glossy stickers. That was my mistake, but you re-printed all of them at cost and then you even mailed me the extra stickers! Thank you so much! That was well beyond expectations! The next stickers I needed to get, I needed them quick and the customer service made sure I had the right shipping to get them to me by the date I was leaving town, which I needed them by and the arrived on time, even after I sent back the proofs a few times! Been recommending your services ever since!
