Great product and service with the right person
When purchasing my kit the first time the questions I had were answered very unenthusiastically by the first person I communicated with. The kit I had ordered by my doing was not correct and was told I could swap the alternator bracket for a high mount piece and was told later this was not true. The second person to help my with correcting my issue was very knowledgeable and had a great and positive attitude and made me feel very confident that my issue would be resolved and it was with his help. So far I like the CVf products I have not yet started my engine to fully see how well they work but the help and info this far have been very helpful.

Fantastic product
Everything. Product quality is top notch! Absolutely no issues with fitment or component alignment. My engine is a fully balanced, trued, and blueprinted custom engine. Everything on it is straight. When it runs with the CVF kit on it, there is absolutely no runout on any component. Unlike the cheap stuff, these pulleys run true, my runout measurement on my crank is 0.0001". There is no discernable wobble in any of the pulleys. Fantastic product, finish is perfect, quality control is exceptionally high. Much higher than expected given the price point.

Perfect fit
I have used your fine products before and have found them to not only fit perfectly, but to have the highest quality finish. Having experienced fitment problems with other brands - most of which were more costly - I am now a committed CVF fan. Also, these products are much more reasonably priced than the others.

What an experience!
I purchased a serpentine setup for a small block ford in my 71 bronco. On the ebay site there was a place to add the specifications for my application. It said any configuration would not cost extra. When the set up arrived it was for a different application. When I called they said they never got the message I sent with my specifications. They sent me some new components they said would work for my application. I could not get anything to line up. When I spoke to them again they said I needed a different balancer pully. After a couple of weeks trying to make it work I could get everything to line up accept the water pump pully. They said I needed a different waterpump. After purchasing from them a new pump and installing it, it would not line up either. I called and spoke to a different person, he ask me what the serial number was on the pully, he said it was the wrong pully. They sent me a new one, it took me 30 minutes to install everything including my old waterpump. Everything works perfectly. 2 months of pulling my hair out and a water pump I don't need. Great customer service easy installation when you have the right parts.

I HAD NO PROBLEM INSTALLING THE BRACKETS AND ACCESORIES. I INSTALLED THE SERP. BELT SYSTEM. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT NO ONE FROM CVF TOLD ME ABOUT IF YOU INSTALL THIS SYSTEM ON MY ENGINE I WOULD HAVE NO ROOM FOR AN ELECTRIC FAN ASSY ON MY RADIATOR !

Great Quality
fast shipping, great quality kits that work w/no issues down the road. great products, they have done excellent on there R&D , we have used there Blower applications and Chevy, Ford, Pontiac serpentine and v-belt styles for years.

The part did not fit as designed
The part did not fit as designed. I called customer service. He said it happens one in 100 more or less it’s for their own pump. I would have to pay for shipping to send it back. There is nothing special with the part. It is just the amount of washer thickness they added.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I think it is important to clarify the response that you got. What you were told is that the valve bodies are designed for our pumps and that they fit into some other manufacturers pumps. That tolerances on these are tight. That if you needed to reduce pressure you could possibly add a washer to your existing valve body.

Rugged and beautiful setup
Rugged and beautiful setup. Great pulley setup and the machining and the finish is excellent. I purchased the full serpentine setup with steering, alternator, water pump and mounting plate. Instructions were very clear. Looks great on the front of my Blueprint engine.
