Received my order in good shape. However for the price of shipping I don't think it should have gone usps. They required a signature and they arrived at my door without a mask. This resulted in my order being delayed probably sitting in the hest.
Discount code they sent me did not work. No way to use points from previous purchases for the 'points discount'. I am a "vault member" and did not receive my 'Free Gift".
CW&S has a great selection of wine and spirits and a very good website with excellent order processing. However, the shipping charges are very high and serve to deter me from additional purchases.
Great customer service. Prompt deliveries as promised. Quality products.
I always order from cwspirits and always satisfied. But this time am missing 2 bottles that i ordered and havnt got an response back about my bottles or my money.
Package was shipped on the 15th. I wasn't notified it was shipped until the 21st which was the day it was suppose to arrive. Then it was pushed back to the 25th, it never came. I then received an update saying it was late and finally received it on the 29th. 4 days later. Bottle in Great condition though.
Great pricing. Speedy delivery. Excellent choices.
Have ordered from cw spirits several times in the past 5 months. They are great! Fast shipping, good prices, everything packed incredibly well. My only complaint is that I wish they sold larger bottles of spirits. I generally buy the 1.75 ltr bottles and they don’t seem to carry them. Other than that, very happy!
Great Service I like ordering from here. Prices are good too.
I have always received great service on every order I have placed. App is easy to use and the orders normally are delivered before the estimated time. Will be reordering again.
The company was very professional and easy to get along with
No complaints. Good service. Very pleased.
love the service. The Red Breast Irish whiskey is real smooth.
Order 7 bottles of liquor and only received a box with 6 bottles... no more ordering on line from this company!
Great experience and quick delivery from one coast to the other.
I was very impressed with how the shipment came wrapped as well as it did, to insure it arrived safe and unharmed....cause after all it was precious cargo, lol
