Advertising of the tire was misleading it arrived in no factory packaging, i called a customer service representative to discuss, i got a rude not helpful response. This wasn’t the tire i was expecting, i expected a rear force 29, recieved a AM 29. The google ads and the misleading website description Then i checked their return policy, i have to pay shipping plus a restocking . Not a happy customer not a great customer service experience

I 2025 Canyon spectral cf8 e-bike a bike from cycle Limited they…
I bought a bike from cycle Limited they misrepresented the bike I bought a canyon spectral cf8 ebike And they said it had a 800 watt battery when it had a 900 W battery and they also said that it had 38 Fox shocks when it only had 36 Fox shocks my cousin and I brought it to Jeff's attention that the stuff was misrepresentative and the miles that were on the bike they were wrong... it had said in their ad it was 110 miles on it when I received it it said 125.9 miles When I talk to Jeff they didn't want to work with me on the price on the bike only going to be a few hundred dollars and so I told them that they didn't want to match the other prices that are coming down on the canyon base because the new ones are coming out in 3 months I would want a refund and they were going to charge me a restocking fee and shipping ... I would not buy another bike from cycle Limited they don't want to work with their customers they would just rather throw their hands up and have you send a bike back and pay a restocking fee and shipping.
Buyer beware, bike was not ridable
The bike we received shipped timely but unfortunately when we unboxed it, we uncovered shifting issues. It was not ridable. It was ghost shifting, not shifting, making noises. I immediately reported the issue the same day and was advised to take it to a shop to get the shifting tuned. They offered to pay, however, it didn't fix the problem. I then invested more money in parts to get it running better. After reporting that we still had issues to the company, they advised I take it to a specific shop in my town and that they for sure could get it right. Unfortunately, they weren't able to either. I sent the total over as they said they would pay, however, I have never gotten reimbursed. I have spent hundreds trying to get this into working condition for my son to race. While they offered to buy it back, it was less than half of what I paid just a few months ago. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience for us and we won't be making another bike purchase from this company. I should have trusted my instincts and not listened to their advice to take it to the shop, should have sent it back when I had the chance. They are supposedly certified bikes, if it doesn't work when you get it, send it back quickly!
