Very pleased with the new used bike... all components were functional and no dings or scratches on the frame. Wheels & tires also in excellent condition. I will definitely purchase more used bikes from you in the future.
Bike was better than described! Super clean, incredibly fast shipping. Price was great for the bike i received. Will definitely do business with again!
Fast shipping. Order was received fast and as ordered. Btw coupon was accepted. :)
So far good fit. Good service :-)*
Quick shipping, good service, great products, and even better pricing. I work at a bike shop everyday and deal with shipping 24/7, for my personal builds performance is where its at.
Nice store with a great selection of bikes and gear.
Accurate description of item, promptly sent out and saved me some $$!
Great price, packaging, quick shipping. I am keeping them in my bookmarked sites to shop for bike things
They were true to their word everything they said they would do they did
My bike was packaged very well and I received it in less than a week after my order. It was a 2022, it was very clean and looked brand new.
The bike I ordered was delivered exactly as pictured and described with a very reasonable price.
I recently purchased a titanium frame from Cycle Limited and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Great product! great price! And these folks could run a clinic on packaging and shipping a high-end bike frame. Not my first purchase from them and definitely not my last.
Great communication excellent price with free shipping
Love the 3T bike I purchased. There were a couple of minor issues with the shipment, and Jeff in customer support went above and beyond to correct the situation. “Support after the sale” is becoming increasingly rare unfortunately, but Cycle Limited (and Jeff) are doing things the right way. Will do business with you folks again. Thank you.
Great price and great proactive communication about shipping status
This is the second bicycle I’ve purchased from Cycle Limited, and overall I’ve had another positive experience. The bike arrived well-packaged and was in the condition described. I did encounter a couple of issues with this delivery that I didn’t experience with my previous purchase. The tires arrived completely deflated, and some tire sealant had leaked into the bottom of the box and onto the rims, where it had partially dried. Additionally, the valve cores were heavily gummed up, likely due to the tires losing air and allowing the sealant to dry around the valves. I also found that the rear derailleur’s limit adjustment was not set correctly, preventing it from shifting onto the largest cog of the cassette. Fortunately, this was a straightforward adjustment. Aside from these minor issues, the bicycle itself is excellent, and I am very happy with my purchase. Based on my experiences, I would not hesitate to buy from Cycle Limited again.
As described. Good price
