Friendly and professional service on the phone. The bike was exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It arrived in time and had been professionally packed and was assembled quickly. Loving it! I’ll buy from this shop anytime again.
Very fast shipping, item exactly as advertised. When the item arrived I had a question so gave a call. Phone was answered by a real human who spoke the same language I do. That real human addressed my question immediately and correctly, which was swell. Going forward I will make a point to check the Cycle Limited website for any parts I need.
Buying experience with Cycle Limited was GREAT!! The website is easy to navigate, and I really appreciate the high quality photos of the bike from various angles. The bike specifications is also a great feature of the site, so you know exactly what you're getting. I attempted to buy a bike locally on Facebook marketplace only to get ghosted by the sellers and have my time wasted. Ordering through Cycle Limited was a breeze, and the bike was well packaged and shipped super fast. Thank you for a smooth transaction!!
My new to me CPO bike was ordered late Saturday and shipped first thing Monday morning. Meticulously packed and expertly tuned and revived. The tires, handlebar, and wheels looked like they were replaced with brand new parts. With ordering a carbon frame I wouldn't be able to determine any internal damage to the frame. Their frame integrity guarantee made it possible for me to pull the trigger on a great handmade bike. There was only one component that I will be swapping out. But because of the very low shipping cost there's plenty of savings to apply to upgrade the derailleur.
