Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the personalized air fresheners, frequently praising the sharp photo quality, delightful long-lasting scents, and how exceptionally easy it is to use the online website design tools. Many people mention that receiving a free digital mockup before final production gives them immense confidence and ensures each custom gift turns out to be a massive hit. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected delivery delays, lack of timely communication, or receiving incorrect scent items in their packages. A few customers also noted that the business occasionally struggles with over-extending their operational capacity during peak busy holiday seasons.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Dangle It has professionalism down pat! The process of obtaining a mock up, ordering and delivery was flawless. I was kept informed every step of the way. The quality of the air fresheners is top-notch. I will come to he to order from them as well as refer them to others.
I would rate Dangleit 5 stars for their creativity on this design opportunity and also based on the process and experience. When creating your order, you’re emailed a review timeframe to ensure it’s how you want and then confirmed. I personally missed that “review time” but the product certainly delivered exactly what I expected. I also reached out via email to share my experience and appreciation, since this gift was sentimental and they were very pleasant and responsive. In this day and age it’s hard to come across an actual human being on transactions. I will definitely be ordering again.
Great customer service and follow up - this is my go to for a thoughtful but reasonably priced personalized gift ! I use them for Christmas tree ornaments, too .
Easy to order. This is my 3rd purchase and always happy with finished product. Smell great and make wonderful gifts.
The scent was very strong and I could tell it would last as long as a normal air freshener and not just be for looks. The photo itself was so fun, I will definitely be purchasing again.
Have ordered two so far and not disappointed. It does take a little longer than some orders but it’s because after you submit everything they send you what it’s going to look like to make sure it’s exactly what you want and I very much appreciate that. They communicate throughout to let you know the process and once it’s shipped it comes pretty quick. Will definitely recommend and order more in the future.
So glad I found Dangle It. I got one of my cat Cuddles, two years ago, and then unfortunately his sister Sheena just passed away a few weeks ago, and I got a second one. Now whenever I go in my car, it makes me smile to see my 2 kitties on the mirror riding with me wherever I go!!!
I have ordered 6 air freshners in the last 2 years! I send them to my son-in-laws and my dad for Father's Day...always family or pet pictures...they are well received, conversation starters when guests ride in the car, and always something they look forward to receiving. Great customer service and portal . I am a customer for life!
They offered a mock up to be certain design choice was what I was wanting. The scents are not over whelming and are pleasant.
I love my dogs and to have their pics on my air freshener makes me smile every time I get in my car! They do a great job with the pictures!!
Absolutely love how these turned out. They are for an annual girls trip loot bag and I think all my friends are going to love them!! Great quality and easy to personalize.
I've ordered twice with a total of 5 air fresheners of both just a face design of my dog and baby and full body. I was impressed the first time and even more thrilled the second time when my order arrived with a very clear image and the perfect outline of my baby/dog. I've only ordered scented once and the fragrance was strong but pleasant and very long lasting. Will continue to be a customer for life! The quality and order updates cannot be beat.
First, these air fresheners, made of some of our favorite photos are artfully done and just perfect. I received one as a gift last October…of My grandson in his first Halloween costume, and I adore it! Then, I ordered one for myself…another picture of my grandson. I love seeing both of these every day when I get into my car! Then, I bought two more…for two friends who adore their dogs… and they are super happy with them. You just can’t go wrong! They are two sided, so the picture is on both sides, the scent is nice and subtle, and I’m positive I will be ordering more in the near future!
I got a free mockup so I could decide what I wanted. Once I chose the mockup, they had tons of different scents to choose from. I got my order within two weeks of placing my order. They were exactly as advertised. The air freshners actually smelled good. They were a hit as a party favor for a sweet 16 party.
Have had nothing but great experiences with Dangle it!! Will order again from them
I submitted a picture of my son and it looked amazing so I submitted a photo of my dog as well. At first glance it looked great so I placed my order for both. As soon as I paid I noticed my BOY dog’s rocket was out.. I immediately messaged customer service. I was met with Hannah M’s unprofessional sarcasm along with her saying it’s too late in production. It had only been 5 minutes. I understand I should’ve caught it first but why didn’t the team notice who edited it? It also took almost two weeks to ship, so it definitely wasn’t too late. So now I have an explicit photo freshie.
2nd time i have ordered from dangle it, they are easy to work with and always have an excellent product and show you all the steps your order is in and are usually very quick to make and ship
I love Dangleit. I've ordered a few times and this month ordered 5 for gifts. They make a unique gift and people love them. They are done just as you request and sent out quickly. A recommendation, if you buy 2 for the same person, you might want to have one be unscented so the fragrance won't be overwhelming. A super product and company.
The ordering process was extremely easy!
