I ordered a simple satin mermaid wedding dress and am so extremely happy with the quality, customer service, and delivery time. I needed to exchange it for a different size after my first purchase, and Ellen helped me return and gave me a store credit to get the other size. It was such an easy smooth process. I would recommend and I cannot wait to wear my dress in December!

Online dress shopping can be super scary to get the right fit and fabrics. This was my first dress order with Kiss Prom and was for my daughters senior homecoming (which needed a senior wow factor) so I was a bit nervous. Shortly after I received a follow up email to confirm sizing from Breannia. I sent over measurements right away as they seemed different from the size chart and I knew I might not have time for alterations. She helped confirm what I order should be correct and it was and was shipped right away. I received my dress in like 3 days and it is absolutely stunning and a perfect fit! My daughter is sooooo excited to wear this dress!! Everything was so smooth and easy and was a decent price. I will definitely shop here again for our next occasion! The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. When I first ordered, I selected expedited shipping, but when I got the confirmation email, it said standard shipping. I emailed and got on a live chat and was able to have someone from customer service call me. They were able to get my dress to me in three days cause my wedding day was a week away. The customer service is amazing and they went above and beyond to get my dress to me on time. Thank you KissProm!!!

Overall, I had a mostly positive experience with this company. There were some issues surrounding shipping delays and delivery times for a standard-sized dress that was listed as in stock — the item ultimately arrived after about 3 weeks. It fit perfectly, but there was a small smudge on the white skirt, which was disappointing. Given the slow and inconsistent delivery timeline, I decided to just keep the garment rather than go through an exchange or return, since my event is coming up very soon. I really like how my two-piece dress looks and fits, and apart from the small stain, the quality is really good. Their customer service team was also responsive whenever I reached out with concerns. While they didn't offer to expedite shipping or provide any kind of coupon for the inconvenience, they were communicative and helpful throughout, so I would shop with them again.

I ordered a dress from KissProm back in June, I ordered a 12 based on their size charts and my measurements. I received the dress June 22nd and it was HUGE...so I initiated a return, which was approved, shipped and delivered back to them June 29th...I did received a refund so on July 12th I emailed them with a screenshot of the tracking number showing it had been delivered on June 29th. I received an email back from them July 13th saying they received the dress and the return was being processed and to expect it reflected in 5-7 business days. TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I just got off the phone to file a dispute with my credit card company...DEFINITELY WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a $250 dollar dress with a $30 refund fee, never got my refund and it’s 4 months later, I reached out multiple times, customer service sucks and are all bots, don’t order here, go try on things in person to save you your loss
